Aurora mobile notary service showed a response time of 10 minutes but it was after 10 at night, so I didn't figure that I would hear back until this morning. Well, I heard back within minutes and had set up a meeting for early the next day shortly after that. I told Denetria where I was this afternoon and what time would be best. Not a problem...she arrived on time, messaged me when she arrived, was professional and friendly & efficient. She had the document completed within 6 minutes and I got to enjoy most of my lunch break after! I couldn't be more thankful and would absolutely say that if you need a notary-use Aurora Mobile! I was reluctant to hire her at first because she had no reviews at all, but she was the only one available at a date, time and place I needed - and could do what I needed and she even brought the witnesses I needed. She was very friendly yet professional. I felt that she thoroughly knew her duties as a Notary. Our appointment took about an hour as we needed my signature and my trustee's signature about 8x each, her as the Notary signature about 10x, and the witnesses one time each. She went through ~100 page estate/trust/PoA etc document several times from start to finish to ensure that everything was completed as necessary. We used Coneise's notary services for a property signing. She was rude, condescending, and at…read moremultiple points during the signing she gave us incorrect instructions. There were a few forms that she told us that we didn't need to fill out, which was a direct contradiction to the instructions the title company had provided. Fortunately, we ignored her and filled them out anyway. I don't know if we would've closed on time if we'd listened to her misinformation. She seemed resentful that we wanted to double check all the forms, even after she had given us wrong instructions. And she would verbally snap back at us if we challenged what she was telling us. Her behavior was completely unprofessional. I've worked with many other notaries who know what they're doing - there's no reason to work with this one and go through these headaches!
