She was fun to chat with! She understood my humor and my excitement. She was very gentle, always checking in with me and didn't skip a beat. The dental office is beautiful, with many rooms, high quality equipment! The did x rays, and even had a camera go in my mouth to take a picture of every tooth! They have tv's also for you to watch during your procedures. Oh get this the polish flavor aren't just the typical mint or cinnamon. They have strawberry too! This is the first practice ever where I have had to pay taxes for a fully covered preventative service. This is not a normal practice. I was met with a lot of rudeness when asked to have this explained to me. 2. During an appointment we were asked if we wanted fluoride. I asked if my children has already had their one covered for the year, and was told no. Then I was charged for the cost, because we had already had it at the last appointment. When I called to ask, I was told it was not the offices responsibility to know what I had been billed for. Even though they billed my insurance. I felt I was blamed for not doing a better job of checking their billing practices, instead of them questioning whether or not that is a shady practice. 3. The final straw was a shift to only scheduling 2 months in advance even though we should be regularly seen every 6 months. When I called to explain that this practice-serving service I was told if I didn't want to have to pull my children out of school for an appointment I was welcome to call each week to try to get a better time. Did you know that recently I get it feedback and questioning is not always welcomed.

After we confirmed that we did indeed have the proper insurance with Delta Dental, she proceeded to tell us, after a 3-4 minute phone call filled with questions for us to answer, that they are no longer accepting new patients. Why would you sit there for several minutes and ask someone a dozen questions only to tell us at the very end that you aren't taking new patients? You knew you were going to say no. What kind of business does this? You just wasted our time and yours. I would never go here, and would never recommend you either.
