I wrote the check knowing I was being cheated. The fill valve is a $15 part (per Home Depot). He spent 15 minutes doing the job. Also, he kept dallying wanting to stay in my house as i kept trying to lead him to the door. Later, i saw him parked outside my house AGAIN! I think he was racking up time for the outrageous charge.
