I just started this position a week ago and by day 2 there was drama. I'm 29 years old and we are not in highschool but this workplace made it feel like I was back in Highschool. For one I believe if you don't "clique" with the certain girls there they'll just let you go. They will be go for "being on my personal phone" (everyone else is on their personal phone), "not paying attention to the material" (I was doing most of the work and the girl who worked a week prior kept being snobby and bossy telling me to let her do most of it) ...so clearly these accusations are false. And I will be suing for wrongful termination. I have worked in call centers for 7 years my highest pay rate was $21/hr...13$/hr you will definitely not survive! I only chose this position because I want to work towards my dream career in botox. Any company you work for provides you with an employee handbook that clarifies dress code, security, company policy, etc. they did not provide that. Nor give any warnings. Not even a write up, a verbal warning, nothing. Which is why I'm stating is very unprofessional and I see why they're rating ja very low and I've seen negative comments about this workplace. My experience with Dr Roxy was okay at first. But my results were less than great. I went in for a scar and belly button revision and was charged $250 for this "revision". Her doctor had attitude the entire time and acted like he couldn't do the job. But I held out hope that my results would be okay. Here I am 5 months later and the results are horrible. Literally worse than before. I'm embarrassed. People make comments. I'm going to have to find another surgeon to fix this crap. Now, she did email me a offer to fix it for free (which it always should have been) and I declined. I already did that. They failed the assignment. Why would I ever trust them again after this? Roxy Plastic Surgery far beyond exceeded my expectations. I've been wanting a Tummy Tuck for quite some time and decided to start searching for the perfect plastic surgeon for myself, I knew i wanted a female and I knew i wanted someone who made me feel special! I found RPS through the power of social media - hello TikTok - and started doing some digging - Dr. Grawe posts majority of her surgeries on her Snapchat - which I thought was pretty cool of her, it shows she is CONFIDENT in her work. I did a virtual consult (hello Covid-19 and being an out of state patient) - Dr. Grawe was through in her explanations of what she suggested (a tummy tuck with some Lipo to my flanks)! I soon booked my surgery and counted down the days. I was contacted by Molly my Patient Care Coordinator and Autum my surgical Nurse who made sure I was all set up for my appointment, had everything I needed, and responded promptly to any question I had, they we're awesome. I checked in for my pre-op appointment - where I was greeted by name and a huge smile. Got instructions about what to do for the next two to six weeks, went over any last minute questions I had and was set to return for my surgery the following day. Dr. Grawe came in and chatted with me - making me feel comfortable and at easy. We took before photos. Marked up my areas. And talked about realistic expectations! I was ready! When I arrived for my surgery Nurse Lindsey greeted me and when over everything that was going to happen that morning, I changed into a robe, completed by HCG / NICOTINE test - which they are very serious about - got my IV in, said "see ya later" to my bestie and woke up a few hours later with my new hot mom bod. I'm so Impressed with everyone at RPS that I would 1000% do my surgery over again and again and again because of how comfortable they made me. I'm still in my recovery phase, but Carlos says I'm doing great! Every interaction I had at RPS was perfect. Everyone is so kind and caring. Dr. Grawe really knows her stuff. She made curves in my body that I didn't even know were possible. People keep asking me if I had a BBL (which I didn't) but because of the Lipo on my flanks it looks like I did! I'm truly thankful for the time she took on my body and for taking the time on me! Also, I saw Casey for lymphatic massages - she was so sweet and kind and really made me comfortable during the massage. I had a breast augmentation in July of 21. The process went pretty well for me. The consultation was very informative. Dr Roxy and her team explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The day of surgery my anxiety kicked in and I almost passed out just getting the IV started. The roxy girls took their time making sure that I was calm and comfortable. The surgery went well. I had 560cc silicone implants and went from a small B to a DD. The augmentation went well. I am 2 years post op and I am happy with my results. The only thing that is slightly out of my expectation is my scars are not in the breast fold as planned. They are a little higher up on the bottom of my breast. That is just part of the risk going from the size I was to the size I went to. Her medical license has been suspended for multiple malpractice reasons and violations of the same thing again and again. Please do research when looking for a plastic surgeon. Do deep homework. I'm writing this review seven years after having lipo/bbl by Roxy. Despite almost bleeding out after surgery, being hospitalized for three days for blood transfusions and observation and an extensive recovery period,I thought my days of paying for a poor decision were behind me. No! Eight weeks ago I started having fevers without other symptoms. I saw my PCP twice and couldn't find a source. Two weeks later,a large, hot, red mass developed on my left buttock. I've seen about six doctors and they say it's a reaction to the surgery. My body is either rejecting the fat transfer (yes, seven years later!) or there's bacteria that's been dormant in the surgery site that got triggered and flared. I saw one wound care specialist who said he'd have to "scoop" out the transplanted fat as well as a large piece of my buttock and I'd have an open wound "for a long time". I passed. All of the plastic surgeon's offices I called wouldn't see me but I have an appointment on 11/28 with a plastic surgeon that agreed to the consult as a favor to the general surgeon I saw. By then,I will be dealing with this for three months. The general surgeon drained the mass four weeks ago and it continues to drain what looks like melted fat. I still have chills, sweats and pain. I pray the doctor will be able to help me and I can get my life back. Do not allow Roxy do surgery! She cuts and runs (literally) and you could be dealing with the consequences for years. read more

She doesn't care about her patients, only the money. During my appointment, I asked her if infection happens a lot with her patients and she said no. I am completely disgusted with this practice. There are many women speaking their personal truth and this doctor makes a video to discredit everything these women are saying. To say there is no adverse affects to any surgery is ignorant and arrogant. The fact it hasn't been proven mean it doesn't exist? How about the fact it exist and hasn't been proven yet just shows how much doctors still have to learn. Any foreign object in the body can have a reaction. It's called cause and affect. I only give two stars because Tia the nurse practitioner seemed very caring and genuine during my ordeal. I had a mommy makeover on August 26, 2021, 7 months after scheduling the procedure. I had a tummy tuck, lipo, BBL, and jplasma. Everything was great until post-op. First of all they put you in a recovery house with a caregiver who has zero healthcare experience. They put all of your medications at bedside including narcotics for you to self administer. I myself am a nurse with 20 years experience and narcotics are never left for a patient to self administer! This is a very dangerous practice! When I first arrived at the Roxy house I was still pretty out of it from the anesthetic so I slept most of the evening. I had a roommate for the first night and she left the next morning because the night before the caregiver was very rude to her and would not take her to the bathroom. She had told her that she was two days postop and she should be going to the bathroom on her own. This patient had a history of passing out post surgeries and was scared to go on her own. She explained that to the caregiver who basically just walked out of the room. This patient was very upset and crying and she was very angry. She called her husband who came to pick her up the next morning. My experience at the Roxy house was very much opposite. The caregiver was very kind and accommodating to me. My problems came within the two week period following surgery. I had developed a seroma in my lower back and a wound dehiscence in my abdominal incision. I had gone almost on a daily basis to have this drained. Within that time I developed an infection And almost became septic. I was in terrible pain. I was kept in the office for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours and given fluids and IV antibiotics. I had the drain in my back replaced the drainage looked like what I can only describe is chocolate milk because it was so infected. I was sent home on oral antibiotics, and by the next morning I felt much better. Although not as bad the pain continued throughout my recovery I was going back to the office two, sometimes three times a week to be drained and this went on for several months. I felt like all they were worried about was getting pictures because they took pictures every single time I went in there which I thought was very unnecessary. They kept telling me the same thing over and over I need a lymphatic massage which I would have to pay for. Lymphatic massage did nothing for me I am still doing it today and it's been over a year. The biggest problem is you don't see the doctor at all postop. The only reason I saw the doctor was because I got so sick they finally called her in to see me. Tia the nurse practitioner was wonderful she really seemed to care about my issues and I could tell she genuinely felt bad for me. I feel everyone else was all about getting footage for their social media page. The office manager appeared to be very self involved and rude. I am still in a lot of pain over a year after this and I now have been diagnosed with lymphedema in my abdomen which there is no cure for. I feel if the doctor would've been more proactive in my care I may not have had this happen. I don't even get to benefit from the full results of my surgery because I was so neglected postop. I am beyond devastated with what I've gone through and will go through for probably the rest of my life. I am beyond disgusted with all of this and it has me regretting having the surgery in the first place. I am happy with the BBL. I also forgot to mention I had blepharoplasty of my upper eyelids and that turned out very well. The dehiscence of my abdominal incision was taken care of by Tia and healed very well within a three week timeframe. I feel that if they would focus on patients vs social media videos and there was actual post op physician contact, my outcome could have been much better, instead I am miserable and out all the money for the surgery and will have to have physical therapy for the rest of my life! I'm very disgusted and disappointed and I most likely will seek legal action. read more

From the very first time I met the staff and Dr. Roxy I knew I had made the right decision. Everyone is so welcoming and truly treats you like a queen. Dr. Roxy is so personable and knowledgeable! I am one day post op and have to say i am already amazed at my results. My regular lymphatic massage therapist was booked up and I saw on snap chat Dr Roxy does lymphatic massages for clients who didn't have surgery with her. I booked the service and was excited to try the massage with her team. It turns out they only offer a cupping lymphatic massage (which was new to me). I was cupped dry from top to bottom and was sent on my way. It was I uncomfortable but was not painful. A few days later I developed some fluid at the top of my abdomen which was a red flag to me as I have had virtually no swelling or any fluid since surgery and I was 7 wpo. I went back to my normal massage therapist and she was appalled by the practice and mentioned that it was improper technique and cupping post tummy tuck incision was a huge no no in the lymphatic massage world. She mentioned you should never be cupped, should never take fluid down, should most certainly not be cupped dry, etc). She was genuinely concerned about the practice and impacts it would have on healing patients. I'm no professional, however I do know that the lymphatic massage I received from Dr Roxys team did more harm than good! read more

The entire staff at RPS made my breast augmentation surgery less stressful and more relaxed and enjoyable. So I came to Dr. Grawe March 19th of 2018 to fix a botched job by another doctor. All of her staff are extremely friendly and engaging in positive conversation. Her entire staff is females and they all have a specific role an duty in the office but work in unison to achieve the ultimate goal of the patient. There are nurses, front desk assistants, beauty experts, a physicians assistant, as well as a 24/7 hotline where Dr. Grawe got back to me in less than 3 minutes about my concern outside of office hours. Any concern you have it will be addressed. Dr. Grawe is a phenomenon her as well as her staff have qualities that are extremely hard to find in any other plastic surgery office or center. She gave me a beautiful result and if you look at the results of others you can see that she really changes peoples bodies and gives them the best results possible. She is an extremely beautiful and young doctor that wants her patients to receive the best result possible and for her patients to have a great experience. I just had my surgery with Dr. Grawe on Monday after waiting 5 months to get on her books (soooooo worth the wait!!) it's only been three days since my surgery and I'm already so happy with the results. I got a tummy tuck and lipo of my love handles. Even with all the swelling right now, I have such a better shape and already feel so much more confident!! The entire staff treated me so kindly. They were all friendly and FUN to be around. Completely put me at ease the day of my surgery. I also love that no one tried to "sell" me on having more work done or buying special products/ procedures. I feel like most surgeons would have seen me and suggested additional work such as a breast augmentation or additional lipo, but not Dr. Grawe. I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had with Roxys team. I have been following Roxy for awhile and have had a few friends go see her and they all had semi decent experiences. I love her work though and really wanted her to do my surgery. I was looking at having a breast aug and Lipo. I was sooooo excited to go in for my consultation and meet the Roxy team and talk about the services I would like to have done! Dr Grawe was very nice and answered all my questions and I met with one of their assistances before 'tracey'. This is where it went down hill. As you all know these procedures can be very pricey so it's a BIG decision to make. The day of my consult their systems were down so I couldn't really have the full experience to see the 3D future pictures and go over insurance & finance stuff. After my consult I scheduled another appointment to come back and ask questions and go over all that. When I came in I felt very judged. Tracey was very quick and snippy with my questions. She even at one point said ' to be honest with you we really don't need any new patients right now' that left a really bad taste in my mouth like my money was not good enough. So I left and spent a little time thinking about it. I even wrote them a letter about the situation and asked if they could give me a new patient coordinator. I have heard such great things about this place and the majority of the people are friendly but it was just not a great feeling being rushed on something that was such a big decision. Then they started changing their requirements and when I came in to schedule again I felt rushed and felt like I was being judged. Even when I was leaving the girls at the front desk were talking about a lady who had work done and making fun of her. It was just very unsettling. After a few months of going back and forth and trying to figure out when I can schedule I decided to start meeting with other surgeons to see if the experience was just me. I didn't feel some of the surgeons I met with understood the results l I was looking at getting but then I met with Dr. Wakelin. He was so professional, listened to exactly what I wanted and even his assistance and patient coordinators were friendly and welcoming. It was a completely different experience. Which I highly recommend going to see him at Columbus aesthetics and plastic surgery. Anyway I ended up having part of my surgery done by him and I am extremely happy with the results. BUT I am extremely disappointed and sad that I had the experience I did at Roxy because they speak so loud about building confidence and such a positive happy place . It is a big decision to have any procedure done- the cost, the time off from work, the time recovering while you cannot care for your family, the downtime from the gym, etc. It was one the I waited 20+ years to make because of all these reasons.... and because of fear. Let's be real surgery HURTS. Dr. Roxy did my breast aug back in 2014 and I had a great experience with her and her staff. Fun while being totally professional, so I knew where I was going to go for my big surgery- tummy tuck and lipo flanks. Dr. Roxy and all her staff did a terrific job seeing me through the process of quoting, numerous emails with questions to make sure I had everything answered, easing that fear I had, payment, scheduling, ALL of it was handled so smoothly and graciously. The day of surgery I cried with excitement that my dream was FINALLY a reality! The nurse hugged me, talked with me, and was so nurturing and comforting. She also had a tummy tuck 8 weeks prior! Anyway, I say all that to say this: you're going to go into the office and see beautiful girls, yes, but they have hearts of gold and know their stuff. Beauty doesn't automatically mean dumb and mean. Come on ladies out there, be better than that. Trust that you won't regret your decision should you go through with your procedure because Dr. Roxy KNOWS HER STUFF. She is hands down the best in the area, and perhaps the best there is. Unfortunately, this company lies. They pull the old bait and switch. Called the office to make an appointment and the first thing I ask was, " is there a consult fee?" The young lady said no, so I proceeded to schedule an appt for today at 4:10p. I am beyond words. I went in and they first thing she ask me for was a $50 consult fee. I tried to explain the conversation I had when I called. The girl said I talked to her and that she told me about the fee. Basically called me a liar. I hope the Dr. Grawe knows what her staff is doing. They are giving her a very bad name. read more
