This is the first time a laser has truly worked. Their have the latest laser technology, because they also do research for companies that manufacture these laser hair removal machines. As a result, they gain access to the most innovative technology before anyone else in the industry. This allows them to select the best ones for their spas based on their research. All their locations are staffed by Certified Nurse Practitioners (CNP). You will not be treated by an aesthetician like at other medical spas. Milan Laser only staffs their locations with CNP's. I see my favorite and friendliest nurse, Katie at the Dublin Location. She makes me feel comfortable throughout my treatment and my visit with her is absolutely the highlight of my week without fail. My results are beyond impressive. I began seeing a difference in hair growth soon After two sittings. By now I have had 7 sittings and no longer need to shave. And this is a statement I never thought I would be able to make given I had dark thick hair on my legs all my life. I feel beautiful for the first time in my life. I feel liberated because I can wear any dress , any skirt without having to plan around my shaving cycle (hair growth). My life has completely turned around because of how beautiful (pore-less) my legs look.

Went in to their clinic in Dublin, OH on 3/30/22 for a free consultation and while the staff seemed…read moreincredibly friendly, I was rushed into a contract and scammed by this company. During the consult I was told my Brazilian treatment sessions IN TOTAL would cost $534 and that I would make monthly payments of $133.50 until it was payed for (4 months). They also said that if I waited a few days to think about it, then I would not receive the 50% off special for that month. They sat me down in front of an iPad and told me to scroll and sign and I was not given any time to check the contract. I was also never emailed a copy of my contract. I had two treatments in the spring and decided to take the summer off because you are not supposed to be tan during treatment. At the end of July I got a notification from Milan saying that there had been a problem trying to take a 5th payment out of my bank account. I knew there wasn't enough money on my debit card at the time to pay for it so this was unsurprising but I was confused because I thought I had already made my four payments. I checked my account history and I had done so. I called Milan to see if there was an error in the system and they told me that I still had over $2600 to pay off. Since then I have been back-and-forth on the phone with from people at headquarters and people at their Dublin clinic telling them that I never would have agreed to a $3200 contract. What 18-year-old girl has that kind of money to drop? They continue insisting that there is no way out of the contract and that I must continue making payments especially because treatment has already started. I did a little digging and I'm finding out that they only have five star reviews, a good sign that they are curating reviews to boost their image. If you go to glassdoor and indeed there are plenty of stories from former employees telling how they were pressured to make sales more than value customer service and how they were trained to bribe and harass anyone who leaves a bad review up to a full refund if they take down the bad review. Upper management watches them on camera as they are selling to make sure that they are pushing the sale onto the customer even if they cant afford it. They are not an accredited business on the Better Business Bureau and their website is filled with customers who have similar stories. Dont go here. You can find treatment for so much cheaper other places, people who will make you feel comfortable while still being honest with you.

I noticed a…read moredifference after my very first session, and now, after a few months, I'm about to go in for my 5th session. There are areas where the hair hasn't grown back at all since the first session, which is incredible. I'll admit, I was nervous at first--I'd heard stories about laser treatments not working or being a scam, especially since it can be pricey. But I'm so glad I gave it a shot because it's truly been life-changing. My hair has grown back so much slower and less thick. As someone with super thick hair that used to grow back almost overnight, going from shaving every day to maybe once a week has been a game-changer. I can't recommend it enough!

"I am in my mid 30s. I was looking to treat a scar on my nose with microneedling and was sold on the "benefits" of radio-frequency microneedling. It was performed on my entire face and not just my scar. Told that basically radio-frequency is just more "bang for your buck" than a regular micro-needling session. I do have various allergies / sensitivities that others may not have... so I expressed my concerns / issues prior to the procedure. I was told mild settings would be used. I experienced fat loss and a complete change in facial skin texture post procedure. The medical director offered to help in any way they could after the damage but unfort to get the treatment I needed to finally fix my face I had to seek treatment elsewhere. Hours of my own research, facial pain, being unable to feel okay going outside for months... it was a very dark time. The "mild" settings (which they described as mild to me in writing via text) were 2MM depth on my cheeks with 60 percent heat intensity." Take this information, ask to see real before and afters, and proceed with caution if you select Timeless in Dublin. Know that "wasting your money" is far from the worst possible outcome...

DO NOT GO HERE. Probably one of the worst dermatology places I have ever been to. There have been a…read moremyriad of red flags since I have started there, one starting with me being prescribed an acne medication which resulted in multiple bad reactions from me, to then calling and leaving a voicemail how it wasn't helping me (you know since they never answer their phone or are open long enough to get ahold of them) and them just prescribing me a new one without calling me or notifying me any way. I found out when I picked up my prescriptions and literally looked at it confused as I didn't know what it was. That's when I called and talked to this snippy nurse who said "so you didn't get a call on October 3rd at blah blah blah?" I clearly did not as that's why I was calling and simply wanted to know what this was and what the side effects were. So red flag one was that. Second red flag was my birth control not being sent in to the pharmacy for about the 3rd time, resulting in me missing many days and messing up my cycle, hormones, and overall period. I called in March of 2026 asking why it wasn't refilled, and that's when I was notified my Dr, Dr. Rupert left the practice and that I essentially had to find a new dr in order for it to be prescribed. Now, anyone with common sense would say, "that's not fair". I was never told she was leaving, and when I called they said they sent out letters about this. Never once received a letter and I had to be the one to find this out Instead of being professionally and properly informed like a dr's office should. Again, talked to a snippy nurse (everyone except the receptionist are angry elves I suppose) where she said I would have to find a new dr in order to get this. Frustrated and angry I reached out to my NP for it, but then went and go OTC ones at target. THEN, they suddenly started getting prescribed again? So, why was I told they were not able to if they then randomly started them again? Now, my last red flag was from today. That one random medication I was prescribed in October that I mentioned earlier was Spirolactone. I recently ran out this past week and went onto my CVS app to see why, and it said it was due to Dr. Rupert leaving. So, all this week I try calling them and again, they were somehow always not there or on their lunch break or closed already at 4:30. I'm trying to balance this as a 24 year old woman who works full time as well as is a full time student. I finally get ahold of them and talk to one of the rudest, cold nurses I have ever spoken to, the lovely Nurse Lisa I explain the spirolactone problem to her and instead of speaking to me with humility and compassion, automatically plays the blame game and says it's due to me not scheduling a follow up the last time I came and that I was informed of this in March. First of all, in March, I AM the one who called about my birth control not being filled, not them contacting me. And that's when I was informed if I want it prescribed again I need to find a new dr and see them. I won't lie, I was frustrated and more snippy because her tone automatically set me off of that this was my fault and she didn't care to listen nor help me. So she starts the blame game and I tell her that that was for the BC and if you guys only prescribe things for after a year, why has it almost been a year and a half and you're still doing it and then suddenly stop and one, not give me any warning, and two this is MONTHS after Dr. Rupert left. I listened when they said I needed to see a new dr for the birth control and have now switched to my NP, but for this spirolactone, I was still getting it from them. I have been off of it for about 5 days now and when you stop a medication like that, you clearly have side effects like getting dizzy, which I was getting. So I am trying to explain this all to the warm and fuzzy Dr. Lisa, you has straight attitude towards me, isn't letting me speak and cuts me off and tells me to not Interrupt her. I say are you kidding me, first of all do not tell me what to do, And she starts laughing and says I'm hanging up on you now. I tell her I'm calling HR or whoever on you and she laughs again and says this is your fault and hangs up on me. So I call again and am transferred to their office manager Rachelle who I of course had to leave a message for and now I'm here complaining. This surgical place has always has so many freaking problems with one even answering you, two getting you in, and three just being straight up rude (the receptionist Molly was a sweetheart though). I am clearly THEIR patient who is upset, experiencing scary symptoms from them not refilling my meds, and instead of Nurse Lisa coming in with humility, compassion, and overall customer service and ready to listen to a clearly frustrated patient in distress, she turned into a Karen (who is shocked with a name like Lisa who is a nurse, always the mean girls) who didn't listen and demonstrated horrible skills as a nurse.

Both of my eyes have lost their shape and rounded. His fat repositioning he performed is lumpy and caused bags I never had. In fact, my normal human anatomy and contour is distorted with random lumps of fat at the top of my cheeks. I had really tiny herniated medial fat pads that I wanted removed. And lastly, his co2 laser (that I'm sure he pushes bc he has a quota to fill with Sciton) left me permanently discolored. I was 28 (and getting married in 6 months post op) with absolutely no skin issues or fine lines and he "highly recommended" a FULLY ABLATIVE laser on virgin young skin. This laser should never be performed on someone with tan/freckled skin and I am left with white and transparent skin where the laser was performed. All other occuloplasts use chemical peels or other less intense lasers. Dr. Straka treated me with his one size fits all surgery that he performs on 60+ year olds. He does not customize surgery for anyone and will suggest the exact same thing for everyone, regardless of their anatomy or age. I will have lifelong issues because of this. Any doctor that communicates via social media and provides medical advice via instagram DM is someone to be cautioned about. Please do your own research and never get surgery for a small issue - the risk is too high.
