He cleared the adjoining lot so we felt confident to use him, our $7000 mistake! We should have known this man was bad business when we met him and he started trash talking other businesses. He talked a big game saying he had to "come in and clean up messes" after this local person or that one but failed to deliver anything he said he would do! After he "cleared" the land, he said he was "laid up with his back" and couldn't meet us at the property, sent us pictures and asked if we could meet with his wife to pay! That should have been another BIG clue! (YES, we feel like suckers now but NEVER thought this would happen!) When we went to the property, not only was the gate left wide open, we were shocked at how horrible it looked! After paying SEVEN thousand dollars for ONE acre, we expected a much better job to be done!! Our contractor took one look and called us saying he couldn't work with that, couldn't even begin digging the footers until it was fixed!! We messaged swamp gator and were told for more money he would go back out and fix it or his assistant "does side work and we could hire him to fix it"!!!?? Swamp Gator was the highest price for the least amount of clearing work we got and was supposed to be near site ready when completed! Beware of this man!!!!! The 4 photos that are all nice and pretty are of my property that were sent to us and posted to his FB page, guess it really is all about the angles! The others are what we really got from our $7000 price tag. This is NOT what we expected for THAT price and we certainly did not expect to have to pay someone else to do the job RIGHT!! Don't let this man fool you, HE is the one others are cleaning up after!!

It's hard to find a good tree service (until now)! With this job I asked around with friends and family who they used lately and who they recommended. My step sister said they've used Henshaw's for a lot of jobs and has been extremely satisfied with their service. I called James Henshaw and he came out and gave me an estimate. I was very impressed and pleased with their service estimate and scheduled the work. The guys came out on time on the scheduled date. They did a great job taking down the trees as well as removing the stumps and 4 other stumps. * Very professional * Very proficient * They got the job done!!!! James even walked me around to the other trees in the yard and explained what type each tree was and how to maintain it as well as recommendations. I plan on having them come back out some time soon and clean up some more trees in the yard. Even my neighbors asked for their contact info for their tree trimming service! So far I definitely recommend Henshaw's Tree Service!!!

They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs.
