It's hard to find a good tree service (until now)! With this job I asked around with friends and family who they used lately and who they recommended. My step sister said they've used Henshaw's for a lot of jobs and has been extremely satisfied with their service. I called James Henshaw and he came out and gave me an estimate. I was very impressed and pleased with their service estimate and scheduled the work. The guys came out on time on the scheduled date. They did a great job taking down the trees as well as removing the stumps and 4 other stumps. * Very professional * Very proficient * They got the job done!!!! James even walked me around to the other trees in the yard and explained what type each tree was and how to maintain it as well as recommendations. I plan on having them come back out some time soon and clean up some more trees in the yard. Even my neighbors asked for their contact info for their tree trimming service! I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.
