Each of them walked away with medals as the entire school did a great job in the tournament (breaking board, forms and sparring). The classes are held at the Julington Creek Plantation Recreation Center. The classroom is a little small but adequate for the classes. Some were serious and others were just there being themselves! Students of all ages were there. Male and female... they had different levels so I felt a person wouldn't feel intimidated or embarrassed for lack of skill. Pretty cool experience in my opinion.

There is plenty of fun, moderate to intense physical training and discipline without being overbearing. Kids are encouraged, but held accountable for their actions. Adults are trained and pushed according to their own level of conditioning. I started off in horrible physical condition, I hadn't worked out in several years, and can see significant improvement in the time I've been there. I looked at other places, and JAMA is a family environment focused on training, not dollars for belts. When you earn your black belt there, you have truly earned it. I have a blast going, it is truly the highlight of my day.

Weve been attending this school for over a year and my kids have changed so much for the better. All the instructors are amazing here and dearly care for all the kids. My children look up to them and only cry when they dont go to class. The instructor was explaining to the parent that there is a dress code, common sense is definietly something that should have been used and if you wanted your child to be involved in the class, you could of not made a childish scene and came back the following day when class started. Don't bash a business you don't even know.
