He came and inspected our roof on Tuesday, then called and told us "we don't need a new roof". He gave us a very reasonable quote for repairs needed. When we asked how soon repairs could be done he said "let me check on the status of another project and I'll call you back". And he did! The next day, Wednesday, he and his crew showed up to do the repairs, and even did a few extra things that we were not on the list, at no extra charge. Excellent customer service and tradesmanship.
