My call was handled immediately outside of business hours, and Jamie, the owner, arrived on time the following day. He fixed my broken window efficiently and with great skill. Within minutes, my window was as good as new. Do yourself a favor and choose Goodrich Glass over the Glass Doctor. The Glass Doctor had no empathy over my emergency. They promised to call me in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in during the weekend. Eventually, they ended up calling me in the afternoon and then quoted me a price that was twice as much as Goodrich Glass after having tacked on extra charges for weekend servicing. There was no regard for my original message that I had needed the work done as soon as possible to get out of town.
