Since I had already handled the cleanup myself, I declined their offer. I hope moving forward there's more attention to preparation and proper demo practices so situations like this can be avoided for other clients. I want to share my experience so others know what to expect. When the roofing work started, the lack of professionalism was obvious. There was little to no preparation--no tarps were laid down, and debris was scattered all over my yard. I recently had landscaping done, and it was frustrating to see roofing materials, nails, and trash . Even after the job was "completed," cleanup was incomplete. I'm still finding roofing debris in my backyard, on my grill, and even on my smoker. They also damaged my outdoor lamps and didn't bother to fix or properly replace them. To make matters worse, they left behind leftover materials, including a large box of nails and roofing liner. Oh and because they had little care for prep my dog's water/food bowls had material thrown on them. If I wasn't paying attention they would of ingested that stuff. As someone who grew up around roofing (my father is a roofer), I can say this level of carelessness is not normal--it's sloppy. While the roof itself may look fine at a glance, the overall experience and lack of respect for my property were disappointing. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and ask detailed questions upfront before hiring this company.

Once contact was made, a fair price, contract, and service were all completed on the same day. They are certainly a ray of sunshine in completing a job that would have taken me a half day to complete, due to the pitch of my roof. You cannot go wrong in contacting them and getting the free inspection/estimate completed. I will certainly leave them in the Rolodex of trusted businesses to contact for future projects.

DO NOT use Double G Construction or Next GRC Roofing, these are not legitimate businesses…read more They stole $50,000 from me and never completed my roof. At the dry-in phase they had demanded payment for 90% of the total project cost. They did a terrible job, and my roof failed inspection. For 2 months I inquired over 14 times what they were doing to get my roof approved, Jennifer Lexow and Uzziel Jaramillo continuously lied claiming they had set up appointments with the city approver to get my roof approved. Then they stopped taking/returning my calls. I filed a police report, the officer called Jennifer Lexow, and again, she lied saying that it was just virtually approved that morning. I had been in constant contact with the city, and they said they were never contacted by either company to get my roof approved, and that it still in "failed" status. Although the officer said this is a civil matter, this really is an organized criminal activity. These 2 companies collude together to swindle as much money as they can by the dry-in phase, do a horrible job so it doesn't pass inspection, and lie for months about trying to get it approved, meanwhile, they have all your money already and don't have to return it, and you are too distracted to realize you are a victim of fraud, and now you have to go through the courts to get your money back. Between Yelp and BBB, I have found over 39 people who have similar stories to mine, and consider, that is only the people who have taken the time to put a review online. Do not trust either of these companies

Insurance issues after mayor storms in 2017 cause my roof to be up for repairs. Asked around and found some potential suitors. But couldn't come to close a deal. Frank was very laid back and honest about everything . He's process expanded not only to sell me the company but to actually design the blueprints for the permits and inspectors. He's a one stop do it all kinda guy. He is licensed. And a very dedicated individual. It took almost a year with the back and for with the insurance company(universal) and he never backed down. Asking the whole amount after they refused to give no more than half of the total cost. Because of Frank's intuitive professionalism he was able to make he's case stand and the insurance company had no other choice but to comply. When time came to do the work Frank was able to scheduled NEXT Gen roofing to complete the project. Juan was the project manager. He was instructed and made to comply to the T of Frank's design. Both Juan and Frank oversaw each section of the project and managed it correspondingly. The project took two day. This was by far the best I have seen in all of my neighborhood. Frank gave me a vast choice of different colors for the roof shingles. And it came out beautifully. Once the inspector came(Peggy) from Central Florida Osceola County Inspectors. She was so fast into recognized Franks work. Her exact words were, " I knew it was he's project based on the paper work. The package he filled was so detailed. I have spoken to him about he's work with commercial military contracts. And he's attention to detail shows!! " Love to see the amount of love our Vets get from anyone. And the amount of knowledge, dedication, patience, and understanding Frank had throughout the whole episode. Thank you again sir!! Jan C IG visitKissimmee
