Appointments were not accepted during Sturgis; walk-in's only. This parlor shop is cash only and does not have an ATM onsite. Minimum charge was $100 per person. Each of our tattoo's took 15 minutes max. Our dragonflies looked very different depending on which artist did the work (there were 3 artists onsite). None of our dragonflies turned out amazing; mediocre at best. Overall, had I been the one to organize this stop, I would have passed on this shop. Overpriced for the quality of work performed. Friendliness was bare minimum.

The vibe of the studio was very clean and very quiet. All the artists use really quiet tattoo machines so you don't have the constant buzzing throughout your appointment. This was the most comfortable I've ever felt in a tattoo shop. Between the people, the cleanliness and the overall vibe, I would happily travel back (I live out of state) to get more work done here.

In addition to the piece of art she gave me, she also taught me the difference between real artists and guys just tattooing out of their basement. The two are extremes that should not be compared. Also, as proof of James Ann's awesomeness I have transcribed the following conversation I had with a random run-in in South Dakota. Me: Whoa, those are some pretty dope tattoos! Do you mind if I touch? (I don't know why but I really like touching other people's tattoos). Lady Barber: Thanks and no, I don't mind at all! After it's completion, I was told the black ink inside would fade after 2 months. It never did. When I contacted the company, I was first told that they wanted me to love my tattoo. However, when I went in for a consultation I was told that it wouldn't fade AND the bricks were too small to add names AND the artist who did it had been fired. So, they offered to color the bricks red and list the names underneath the wall. Oh yeah, they also offered to give me a credit...as if I would let them touch me ever again! It's not what I asked for and the only way I could love this tattoo is with a refund so I could get the wall removed and start over. DON'T TRUST A WORD GEMINI SAYS!
