When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

They finally came this morning they did the light switch but they couldn't do the door. The company tells me your carpet was too thick. I informed them your contractor did this not me. She informed me we don't shave doors down. I responded with I have door all of them work except one. They refuse to rectify the situation. Now im going to fix the closet door and see them in small claims court. Bad thing about it is these Latinos two couldn't speak English. So I know they're illegal. Let me call ICS on this company.

When we realized that only part of the order was sent and what was sent was a much less expensive chrome finish, we realized that the products were actually sold by South Shore Flooring who is impersonating Hansgrohe on Amazon. I was told by, Hansgrohe, who have been incredibly helpful with this, that South Shore Flooring is not actually a Hansgrohe distributor. We called South Shore Flooring and the sales manager refused to talk to me (first sign of fraudulent business practice). A customer service rep from South Shore Flooring, Andy, has told me various reason why they won't exchange the wrong items they sent me for what I ordered, from Amazon won't let them (a lie), to "there is just nothing they can do". The reality is that they could do a lot including be an honest business, but it is clear that they are not honest and will rip you off if they think they can. Not only will they not exchange for the items I actually ordered, but they also haven't offered to refund me the several hundred dollar difference. Jerrod Pozza is a horrible craftsman. Came to refinish our hardwood floors three separate times in…read morea two month period. Will not honor our written one year warrantee free from Defect. We are left with uneven poly, chipping poly, roller marks the entire length of all floors, spots that are chipping in all rooms. Stain is not consistent and not fully covered in some areas. We have stain on our carpets, tile, fireplace, and dripping down our carpeted stairs. Moved refrigerator and scratched the floors. Can't get a call back from him because "he's checking with his lawyer this never happens to me before". This was Nov 28. Today is February 17th. Left us with a mess! Professional sanding gets dust everywhere and I was not feeling that in a house where it would linger- get into my furnace etc..My house was pretty empty in these rooms and I was getting new furniture. I had measured all my rooms so I had a good handle on what he needed to know. He gave me a phone quote, set up the appointment the exact day I needed it. He arrives with a coworker promptly on time and went on to walk the rooms with me; explaining the process. He had a tablet that showed me the quote and work price which was as agreed and we signed there and he emailed me my quote right there. Very impressive. He said if anything changed he would call me as I was home that day. The work is fairly quiet, he updated me once they had the floors stripped. There was no strong odor. He pointed how much improved many areas were that were damaged. I was so pleased. He let me know how much more time they had and the final steps . When they were ready to put in the final coat he called me to let me know they would back their way out and it would take 30 minutes to dry; not to put furniture back for 24 hours. The floors were stunning, practically flawless and so dry in 30 minutes. I am so happy and saved a boatload of money. 3 rooms $802. Just do it- so worth it. They even helped me bring in my new wool rugs that were way too heavy for m to lift. Love you guys!
