Quaint little shop tucked away beside Roll Me Up Ice Cream and a hair salon on Main Street Markham. It is a small shop, but clean and well maintained. Our furbaby loves her visits to the shop. Her grooming is always neat and exactly what we discussed on her very first visit. They are very consistent with the quality of grooming and if it is going to take 2 hrs, they are very communicative with letting us know if she is almost done or may take a bit longer. She's cheap and gets the job done but the quality of her grooming is lacking. When I picked up Charlie today from Poochies, he looked so adorable. He was evenly shaved and the detail around is face was just amazing. The owner, she obviously loves dogs and takes great care and has impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the grooming matches the breed of the dog. It cost $15-20 dollars more, but I don't care because he looks so good and I know when his fur grows out it won't be uneven. I totally recommend this place.
