I had a session with Michelle who did an amazing job with my bichon frise. My dog's round hair cut came out perfectly and we didn't have to do any touchups at home ourselves (my family has a very keen eye for my dog's haircut). My dog has a lot of allergies so I told them not to give her any treats. You are able to bring your own treats for them to give your dog which I'll do next time. They do the intake and payment outside and I love the report card they give you at the end. Sometimes grooming is like a black hole and you wonder how it went so I thought the report card is an adorable and nice touch. I paid around $110-120 before tip which included an add on for hypoallergenic shampoo. I thought this was really reasonable especially since they take care of your dog for around 5 hours so it's essentially grooming and daycare together.

I find their prices often slightly higher than Pet Smart, but they have better sales. This location is sizeable, with multiple isles as well as fridges and freezers. You many have to dig around a bit in the freezer if you're looking for chicken neck or feet -- they're often somewhere toward the bottom. They are also generous when having sampling events. Cats don't often accompany owners, so when I expressed that my cat would love to try out some goat milk cream with bacon (think it was being marketed for dogs), they were more than happy to pack up a small portion for my cat to try at home. Usually there is an adorable kitty that hangs out by the front (store cat?) so that's always a plus.
