One policy was cancelled without my authorization and he did not notify me of anything. He was going to reinstate it but never sent the information to the mortgage company and they issued a policy on my behalf. I ended up paying twice because Nationwide never wanted to recognize that it was because of the agent's negligence that my mortgage had issued a policy. I do not recommend this office.
