The restaurant happened to be right next to our hotel in St. James Quarter (shopping center). They also have a location in Glasgow. The food is inspired by south east Asia. We ordered a few small plates to share.
We started with arbroath smokie (hot-smoked haddock) miang (Thai and Laotian "one-bite wrap") with galangal, apple and peanuts which was recommended by the waitress. We loved the textures and combo of flavors. The fried chicken was crispy. I expected wings, but it was thighs. We also had ox tongue and aubergine (eggplant). Both of them had a kick to it. Overall, it was one of my favorite meals in Edinburgh! read more
