I created a yelp account for the first time this morning just to leave this man a review. DJ Kaaos is a consummate professional of the highest degree whom I would recommend to any persons looking to book entertainment for their event. When it came to planning our wedding, he was the easiest of all of our vendors to work with. His level of experience and professionalism are self evident through and through. We had first seen him spin at a local pub in 2018 and were so impressed by his skill, energy, and delivery that we'd tracked him down 4 years later and asked him to DJ our wedding with hopes he could recreate that feeling and atmosphere for our families on our special day. To say that he delivered would be an understatement. To start, after navigating the very user-friendly booking page through Brink Entertainment and getting our contract signed, DJ Kaaos took care to plan 2 preemptive sit-down meetings with us weeks prior to the big day to ensure we were all on the same page about the soundtrack. Despite his extensive experience in the entertainment industry prior, he was humble and insistent upon us leading his music choices to ensure our satisfaction. When it came to the day of, he was a source of positivity and confidence for us and our event manager. He was responsible for the music of our ceremony, and executed his duties flawlessly. Later on in the evening and despite life happening with technical difficulties (of which he wasn't to blame), he was calm, flexible, and retained a can-do attitude in the face of a silent room with a full dance floor until the party was rocking again. Aside from how he made us feel, our dance floor was packed for the entire night; the ultimate sign of a professional entertainer at work. We've received countless compliments from our wedding attendees about how much fun they had and how good our music was. This is a much overdue, and probably long review, but I can't say enough about how amazing Kelli aka DJ KAAOS was as our wedding DJ and MC!! My husband and I really didn't know what to expect for the DJ aspect, but Kelli walked us through every step and remained in consistent communication with me until the big day. We first began with a phone conversation to talk about basics such as what kind of music did we like, how many people would be attending, where was the venue, what did we expect from him? Then Kelli sent us a very detailed document for us to fill out which basically maps out the wedding: the bride's walk-out song, music for introducing the bridal party, music during cocktail hour/dinner, song for the first dance, music for dancing, etc (many more details). He even sets up for speeches, the bouquet toss, etc so he can announce these things during the wedding. We met up in person before the wedding to finalize every detail which was honestly very comforting. Once we had that meeting, it was like the layout for our wedding was complete and we could relax a little bit! He covers LITERALLY everything and is super organized!! A couple of really amazing things about DJ KAAOS: 1. He traveled all the way to Pioneertown, CA (near Joshua Tree) to make our day so special. He was one of the first to arrive to our venue and the last to leave. His work ethic is like no other! 2. My cousin is a professionally trained opera singer and with the right background track, Kelli ensured he was able to sing a couple of special songs for us. Including while I was walking down the aisle. 3. People are still talking about how amazing the music, and our DJ was!! Everything from his MC voice to his song choices are amazing 4. He has access to awesome lighting that'll give the dance floor that fun and exciting flare, and all of this is at such a reasonable price! 5. Book him!! I'm writing this review in response to the DJ services provided by Kaaos for my wife and my wedding. It was a pleasure working with Kaaos. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to our vision for our wedding. The music was one of the biggest considerations for us as we are both such big fans of music. We had so many ideas of what we wanted and Kaaos helped support and curate our vision in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. He was very supportive and provided us with ideas that would really make our vision come to life. On the day of the wedding our minds were in so many places trying to make sure everything was going to take place just right. Wow.. okay, where to begin...DJ KAAOS IS AMAZING! He was the DJ for our wedding this past May, and we are were honestly sad that the wedding planning was over because we weren't going to see DJ Kaaos (Kelli) anymore... until our next family party ;) DJ Kaaos is amazing! Our wedding was absolutely wonderful! Our guests all loved the selection of music, and my husband was extremely impressed with his mixing skills. My husband used to DJ as well, and grew up in Europe going to many raves, club events etc. But my favorite thing about DJ Kaaos was how much effort he put into our wedding and making sure that we were happy. We met with him about a month prior to the wedding and he stood with us for about 2 hours just working through all of the finer details to make sure that our wedding was perfect. I really appreciated this because the music really mattered to us. We LOVE music, and we really felt that the music we played and songs we selected, especially for the ceremony were a reflection of us as a couple, and DJ Kaaos got that! There was a song I wanted to play at a specific moment in the ceremony, and DJ Kaaos went ABOVE AND BEYOND to chop up the song and set queue points to ensure that it played at the right moment.... And it did... it was magical Book DJ Kaaos for whatever event you may be having - you WILL BE EXTREMELY SATISFIED. He's the sweetest, down-to-earth, talented and fun guy! He truly wants your event to be amazing, and he will do everything he can to make that happen., he even added some lighting to our event last minute because he just knew the venue would look that much better with it. If you're wondering who to book as your DJ -- YES book DJ Kelli!!!!!! I was referred to him from my friend who had him play at her wedding the year before. Kelli was actually a life saver for me because my original wedding dj/ emcee contract fell through and I had less than a month to find a new DJ. My friend highly recommended Kelli and after getting in contact with Kelli, he was so eager and willing to help us! And I'm forever thankful for him! It was easy to communicate with him and we even had a sit down meeting with my wedding coordinator to go over the rundown for the night and music. Kelli was so organized from the very beginning and really friendly. My wedding was in July of this year and I still have friends telling me how much fun they had at the wedding.
