John took his time with me to ensure a positive fit due to the boot ( 4492 ) had to be ordered, and I was the jackass to show up 1/2 hour before close on a Saturday. Experienced as I am I had a pretty easy go at knowing what I was looking for, I wouldn't suggest it if you're new to the boot world. If that's the case give it an hour to look and try on few pairs of different styles. John ordered my boots on Monday and he called me the following Thursday to let me know they were in.
