Called again, he didn't recall out previous conversation, asked for address, gave it to him again. This time estimate was for $2,900. Perhaps for different process, I don't know, I emailed him back as asked him to call to discuss and clarify but he never did. He must be very busy but not a way to run a business. My experience was the complete opposite of five star rating I've read for him on yelp.
