The customer service has gone from a 10 to a negative 5 since 2000. I have asked the owner Adam Rust to release my homeowner policy with Allstate so I can move the policy to a different agent. Adam refuses to release my policy saying that "We had one hiccup with the price of an Allstate policy that we had no control over in the beginning after getting you a policy that was less than what you were paying and that employee was let go." To Adam, $87.02 may be a little hiccup; however, we work hard for our money and do not feel that $87.02 is a little hiccup.
