Hot and cold beverages. They have it all! And it's goooood! I don't know if it is common practice, but today they actually brought the waffles to the table for every one - freshly made. That I like! Very modern and cool. Spent one night in the big suite which was over the top. The staff is fabulous and not surprising the kitchen is superb. A world class restaurant. We had lamb dishes one night at dinner and it was the best lamb I've had in ages. At the wedding reception which took over the restaurant and bar, I'd say we had the best wedding food of our lives (our own wedding included). It was unbelievable that they could do so many dishes for 80 people at one sitting. The beach feel just adds to the magic. The rooms all are either directly facing the ocean or have a nice side view with a glass balcony. It is small and there are only about 33 rooms. A must if you ever find yourself on Sweden's west coast in the summer.

Walking in, the atmosphere was pretty casual with people talking it up with one another and enjoying coffee. The baristas at the counter were super welcoming and helpful when it came to choosing which drink I wanted to get. I decided to get a latte with an espresso made from Ethiopia beans and my friend got a pourover (V60) made from the Costa Rica beans. The latte was amazing and it was super smooth with the Ethiopia espresso. I tried some of the Costa Rica pourover and it was great, it had a nice and light taste to it and I loved it so much I decided to buy a bag of the Costa Rica beans. I also loved how they serve their pourovers in an Erlenmeyer flask, it made me so happy! As I was enjoying my drink, I began to talk with one of the baristas about coffee and it was great to meet such people that were so enthusiastic about coffee living their dreams and making this amazing coffee.
