I had a non-functioning camera, they gave me a new one, sent the old for service, in and out in 10 mins. Servicing what they sell has become a lost art but still exists at Chase Outdoors. The $2 you save with on-line purchasing will quickly be consumed the first time you need service.

After multiple contacts with them they finally told me to order the party myself and then the warranty department would full out the paperwork to reimburse us. That was a month ago and I still haven't even got a call back from the warranty people.

When he returned from looking, I was told that it had been delivered on the truck and was still boxed so come back another day. I then went to check out another Item and was told the credit card machines are not working and that I would have to come back another day.
