They carry most brands from Nike, North Face, Adidas along with their own line. I was happy to find a full wall featuring Hydroflask and Yeti drink ware. Granted it was a slow time, the employees were super helpful and attentive. My return was processed quickly and refunded back on my card within a day. In the age of online shopping, it's great to see a brick and mortar store that has what you are looking and you get to try it out before purchasing. I'll be back at the store soon!

I have been waiting over a month for a Christmas present I ordered for my daughter. They confirmed…read morethe order was placed. I even received an email with a Fed Ex tracking number. Fed Ex AI said it is still at the FootLocker warehouse. It was never picked up. When I tried to get information from the FootLocker I was only able to chat with their chatbot. The second time I called for information I was on hold for over an hour and still was not able to talk to anyone. First time I was foolish enough to think I could call during my break at work. It is my understanding that this address in Wausau WI is their corporate office. It seems they can careless about their clients. I don't think I will be purchasing shoes from them again. I do hope I get the order I paid for. The bummer of the whole thing is they are at the mall's footlocker just a few minutes away. I just needed some "convenience" because I work fulltime and run a household. Sad footlocker. The Tracking number when I looked it up never budged. It also said to expect them 5-8 business days to deliver from November 29th. It is now December 28th. The tracking has not budged. It is the same as it was to begin with. ETA Dec 9th. 20 days later and it's still sitting there in their warehouse.

The staff was nice, but very unorganized. We stopped in to find a swimsuit for my 11 yr old. They had just unloaded a bunch of suits, but they were put out all over the place. We had trouble finding what we were looking for. Even when I asked for help, the employee didn't know where to begin to help, so we settled on a suit that wasn't her first choice, but at least the size was right!

When I went to return items on 1/20/2020, I was told 1/14 was the last day for returns. Not only would they only provide current in-store prices (most clearanced), they would only put it on a store merchandise card vs original payment form. Additionally, they had ran out of store merchandise cards so said I either had to pick new items out immediately or wait for one to be mailed. Even with the store credit, the return price was dropped to close out pricing. I had my original receipt with me and it was a difference of 6 days. The general manager's response was unapologetic. Better training needs to happen with their associates. They have a very unforgiving return policy as well. I do not recommend using this store location.

Secondly, anyone who checks their credit rating often enough to know it's fallen 29 points has terrible credit. She's a few fries shy of a happy meal, to say the least. We love Old Navy, always do our returns from online shopping with no hesitation, and tons of $3, $5, and 7 items in the store.
