In the initial walkthrough, they walk me through the issue and showed me why the issue was happening. Also told me about other concerns but wasn't trying to upsell me on doing more repairs than what I wanted which I appreciated. After I decided to go with them, Saul was able to get me on the schedule quickly and always communicated if there were any hiccups. The job was finished in about 6 hours. At the end, Saul and Dad was able to show me pictures of the work and provide a portfolio of the job at the end. I highly recommend if you have any roofing or need storm proofing as that is their speciality. I have some gutter and panels that need proofing and will be using them again. One of our gutters ripped off and was dangling. Immediately reached out and it took about 2 1/2 months for them to respond to me. But they finally did and they came out to help fix the downed gutter. Now one of my other gutters is leaking and you can see the gutter guards are hanging off the edge. I reached out asking for help two months ago asking for help and multiple times since. Finally texted from a different phone and got a response... Y'all need to make this right and come out and help fix these gutter guards you installed.
