We as a family have always been greeted with great professionalism and friendly staff, they are always very pleasant; many of them have worn braces over the past two years. We were given an approximate time frame, as to when the braces would come off, and it was pretty accurate. My son's teeth are now aligned, straight, white and jaw adjustment; as well. This happened because he followed the instructions with due diligence to get them off with the proper alignment. Everyone wants them off, before they are ready to, so if you become a patient be patient! Dr. Curtis is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, it is evident that he is because, he has a ton of patients in both Cda and Post Falls. I love the point system set up for the patients, because it initiates a great incentive for the process to go smoothly and rewards as well, meaning braces coming off and tangible gift cards etc. I am happy with the results and my son is as well. Since, I am writing this review I know that my son was referred by a former patient, that I do not believe is coming in any more. Since, my son does and has followed every instruction I would like to have the referral points placed on his account.???? Think about that? Or at least split them as a compromise. She will lie cheat and scam for clients she likes but it will cost you. And the goofy baby talk is bizarre as hell. Made me super uncomfortable. I also witnessed her cussing at clients. Who does that? In front of other clients no less! She is insane.
