I didnt know this palace is appointment only. I never know when I will have time to get nails done I have to be a walk in customer. No problem plenty other places to go where people arent rude. And i am not a racist as owner called me. Goes to show how rude they are. read more

I have been to Kaitlyn several times for individual eyelash extensions. She uses great products and is formally trained in her field (that's important to me). My extensions last for roughly 3 weeks. This past week, I was in desperate need for some lash therapy. I had went out of town over a month ago and needed new lashes. The woman that did them did an awful job. What ever glue was used was horrid, the lash was glued to my eyelid and inner eyelid. It was clumpy and I was losing my natural lashes (a good bit actually). I went to Kaitlyn and she took me in same day to repair what had been done. She did a set with the proper size lashes that weren't to heavy to my natural lash. They looked wonderful after she was done with me. I was shocked that she could even make it look like I wasn't missing actual lashes. Go to Kaitlyn, she is amazing. My extensions shed with my natural lashes, Never had any bad encounter. read more

Kaitlyn's Spa is by appointment only for GOOD REASON! They are always booked and busy! If you are a perfectionist abs very picky about your nail details, you must see KAINE! He is unbelievable!! All of their nail techs are great but he is at the top of our list with the impeccable attention to detail he entails! Kaitlyn does amazing eyelashes and derma blading and the entire staff is really great... but definitely see KAINE if you are constantly finding the tiny imperfections in your nails! This is ABSOLUTELY the best place to get anything done. Whether it's a facial, eyebrows, lashes, nails, etc.. I personally get SNS and Lashes. My lashes are flawless and last a month. The technicians at the Spa are AMAZING! They actually CARE that you're well taken care of such as having a relaxing experience, offering you a cold beverage, listen to music. Love this nail salon! Employees are very helpful and give amazing services. I am always impressed with the quality of my nails and the overall experience with the friendly workers! Not to mention that the salon is very clean and well organized. They also have great pedicure massage chairs, I could stay here all day! And they are open every day of the week, even Sunday, so they are always ready to make you look and feel beautiful. I will definitely be back! read more

This is the best nail spa that I have ever been to. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and helped. The employees always asked me "if I was okay" and made me very comfortable. The man who did my nails (his name was Kane, but I don't know how to spell it) did an amazing job. He made me feel very good about myself and told me exactly what he was doing.
