It's become a place I feel like I can relax and take a load off. The receptionists are always nice and coffee/tea/wine/water is always immediately offered upon your arrival. The magazine selection is excellent, although I prefer to complain about my life than read during my haircuts. It's not the cheapest place to get your hair done, but I've never left dissatisfied which is a big deal for someone who is very rarely ever satisfied. (Overshare.) Also, Lucy and the Powder Room is upstairs so if you need any spa treatments, you can get everything booked in together and done at once. #efficient
