I went to Complete Pain Care because of problems with my lower back. I had an MRI done. The dr…read more reviewed the MRI and recommended I get a treatment called, I think, nerve ablation. They were going to call me back but never did and I let it go because I had other health issues. Finally I called them to return and met with Mr. Murray Obanye, CRNP. He was not very good at explaining the procedure or understanding what the problem was. He told me I should have a steroid injection first. A couple weeks later I went in for what I thought would be a steroid injection. The dr. there told me I was going to have a procedure to test to see if the nerve ablation would work and that I would not be getting a steroid injection. After some back and forth I decided to go ahead with the procedure. When I returned for a follow-up with Mr. Obanye. He told me I had had a steroid injection. I told him I had not and tried to explain what the dr. had said to me. It was as if he was looking at someone else's chart. I left the office abruptly looking for another practice In my time at Complete Pain I saw 2 doctors- one who left the practice, and2 nurse practitioners. They did present me with the same story about my treatment. I would not recommend the place.

I had to do a lengthy examination of blood work to determine a treatment plan for overall fitness and I was expecting Dr. Knights to go over the improvements in my internal readings ~ to off-board; because I really did take the health improvements seriously. The visits in between were helpful. I entered myself as a patient for mental clarity. Sauna work, colon care, some IV stuff - but it was already backed by a personal interest and some information I already have in the natural medicines. I really don't like how some of the staff did not know how to professional enter medical needles into the skin - one of the girls really hurt me by improperly sticking me and I wish I had stopped all treatments that day. I think they can improve a tremendous amount and I am still offended that they don't respond to any of the unprofessionalism. I don't feel safe in their care so no ~ I would not recommend to anyone or feel safe recommending to anyone.
