Dr. Cradic's adjustments are exceptionally good. He is unusually strong, incredibly fast, and very precise. Parts of my spine, especially in the upper spine between my shoulder blades, often would get stuck and resistant to moving. Dr. Cradic reliably gets them moving, with adjustments that are incredibly fast. Dr. Cradic also used a couple of adjustments that were extremely effective, but I had never seen before. This includes an adjustment of the shoulders that has done wonders for my pain and ability to work out intensively. In addition to adjusting my spine, Dr. Cradic has also helped with my wrists and even an issue I was having with my feet. He mentioned that his chiropractic expertise is actually enhanced by additional training in osteopathy. This, combined with skill and experience, may help explain why his adjustments are so phenomenal. The appointments begin with a combination of heat and electrical stimulation to relax the muscles, followed by a roller table. Sometimes, the roller table comes first, followed by heat/stim. After that, he does the adjustments, along with any soft tissue work that is needed. For example, in my case, he often uses a massage gun on my shoulders and rotator cuff, which I have found quite helpful. The hygiene is also good. For example, each person has a set of pads used for the electrical stimulation assigned to them. You get your own pads, rather than sharing pads. Equipment, tables, etc. are wiped down after each use. One concern I had was parking. That part of Silver Spring can be tricky to park in. However, there is a parking garage right across the street with plenty of room. I have never had any difficulty parking. There is also some limited street parking, but with the garage right there, I have never bothered with it.

I started with Dr. Norani the summer of 2019…read more I actually came to him after going to my original chiropractor ( an AmWell chiropractor I had been seeing for over 3 years btw) who could not "adjust" me to comfort. I had a 2 year old at the time, I have no idea what or how I did it but I picked up my daughter one day and something immediately went wrong in my back. I was going to the chiropractor once a month at this point (maintenance) so naturally even though I had been to my regular appointment I called my doctor to come in for an additional adjustment. I go through the usual routine and afterwards I still felt this pulling discomfort in my back... my chiropractor who I had been with almost 4 years says, just go home and get some rest it will get better, if it doesn't come back. I left his office and immediately began looking for another chiropractor to help me remove this discomfort. I searched Yelp ( yes I'm a Yelper) for chiropractors and Dr. Norani popped up, I called immediately ( it was on a Friday) and had an appointment set up for the following week. I arrived at my first appointment (with my two year old in tow), explained to Dr. Norani the discomfort and the situation with my former chiropractor and he said "no worries, I can fix that" and then smiled. I was relieved... I was put on the electrode machine with a heating pad and then I received another treatment (I don't recall the correct terminology), then it was time for my adjustment. Dr. Norani is a short guy, and I'm 5'7" (full figured) so when he asked me to lock my arms through his and lean on his back... I was nervous because I did not want to injure him as that would be a lot of weight on him. I laughed and said ummmm are you sure, you know I'm a heavyweight. He chuckled and said "I told you, I will fix your back... come on, I got you". I have no idea what that technique is called but he lifted me up with both of my hands behind my back... I believe every joint from my neck to my tailbone cracked in chronological order (whole thing took 3 seconds), that discomfort was gone instantly. He finished adjusting me on the table and Dr. Norani became my new chiropractor. My appointments continued and then decreased but I keep up with maintenance every few months. When the reviews say "Dr. Norani is the truth"... those are facts!!! You will be in good hands.

I needed foot surgery, I was referred by another podiatrist because he felt that the surgery was…read moretoo complicated for him. I was sent to Dr Feldman. He was very confident that he could give do the surgery and improve my quality of life as it pertained to my foot pain and issues. I am going to be honest, there was a good amount of work done to my foot. Repair a plantar plate, fix a mild bunion, and remove 2 neuromas. He said he needed to shorten the second toe. I did everything that he told me to do. I did physical therapy in his office for the full recommended time. I went every week wearing 2 masks in a crowded office. I did all recommendations...Alex Brinlee my PT was excellent. However, Dr Feldman kept pushing the goalpost when I was not pain-free with the right amount of mobility in my foot. First, it was, give it 3 or 4 months....then, it takes at least 6 months, then, 9 months I am sure it will be better, and finally, this usually takes a year...Well, we are about 1.5 years post and my second toe doesn't move, the pain barefoot is the same or worse and I STILL can only wear sneakers comfortably. I cannot WEAR a small wedge or simple ONE inch heel. He said that I would be able to wear better shoes and was VERY confident. One visit that I had where I was complaining about my pain and the thickness on my foot, he ASSURED me that the thickness GOES AWAY and also told me that my x-ray was beautiful. Hmmm...Oh, I am glad my x-ray looks so lovely but how about you acknowledge how the PATIENT feels? I definitely felt he was being extremely arrogant. So, as time has gone on, I am very grateful that I can walk. I am grateful that I have my foot! But not happy with the outcome of my surgery. I did NOT want to post this review, but I wrote Dr Feldman a letter letting him know of my displeasure. Of course, he did NOT respond to me. That in itself speaks volumes. I want say that while I do NOT think that Dr. Feldman did anything WRONG. It just happened but his arrogance and lack of solutions are what is disappointing. Oh, let me not forget to mention that he recommended that I "protect my investment" by purchasing $300 custom insoles that HURT SO MUCH I CANNOT WEAR them. A total waste of money. Think twice about going to this practice!!!! Is this the type of doctor you want? Arrogance and no offering of better solutions to what a patient considers a FAILED surgery?
