Found out that only after I had the opportunity to face their unprofessional, dishonest work . They agreed for a $15/per spark plug change after I initiated a messenger chat . They also mentioned their hourly charge is $70/hr. Agreed upon all these I took my truck to them and I had the spark plugs that I already purchased. They broke one of the coil packs while doing the work and charged me for that ! They got some aftermarket coil pack and charged me more than genuine ford motor craft coil pack and charged me extra half an hour for the work , well ,they did the damage they should be baring the cost . Well that didn't happen . Once the work is done , they overcharged me based on hours not based on the initially agreed per spark plug charge . Moreover, they jacked up the price from previously agreed $70/hr to $100/hr and charged me 1.5 hours for the sloppy work they did which included " installing new coil pack ". Well , the fact is you have to get the coil pack out in order to access the spark plugs anyway so what extra work did they do other than "breaking rubber seal" off of my coil pack? They said I had to pay $350 for this dishonest job that included $143.00 for the new coil pack that they broke initially . I am attaching all the screen shots pertaining to this scam . They do whatever to get you through their doors and once your vehicle is in their shop they will change colours like chameleon and try to brake your good parts so that they can add more work and overcharge you drastically. To conclude the lady at the front will argue with you and manipulate you to get what they want . Stay away from them at all costs. They will rip you apart. A job that could easily be under $100 they ripped me off for $300. Run if you see their shop name . M.Saeed is the one I chat with on messenger and Mostafa is another one . Well , their debit machine " doesn't work " so they want you to e transfer the money . I hope they are filing GST and not scamming the government on top of the customers. They also vacuumed the matts and gave us a garbage bag, sprayed the hinges and were very friendly the whole time. You don't have to get an oil change often so might as well enjoy it. There are coloring books in the lobby as well as coffee. I also wanted to mention the cleanliness of this location it was immaculate as if we were the first people there all day ( got there at 5pm)

I ended up calling Lube City to find out if they had the right battery for my car at first they said they didn't, but the manager for me back and told me he actually did have it. I was able to get a boost and get into their shop immediately and was out within 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this. If you are AMA member they charge the same prices as AMA for a new battery.
