He says oh it's only $10, I said you just told me it was $25 and you didn't apply it? WTF? He says ok, give me the code. So he applies it and it is $25 off. I am so sick and tired of a business who hires people who do not care at all about the people they are supposed to be helping. And then the business has the nerve to say how they are different. Right.....just a bunch of liars. The service at this location has been going down hill for a couple years now, this was the last time I go and spend my money there. I refuse to deal with liars.

I pulled into the lineup at the back where there was one vehicle ahead of me. I positioned my vehicle partly in the shade, but I was very clearly still in line. Soon after, other vehicles arrived and I pulled forward slightly to make it clear I was already waiting. When the vehicle ahead of me was called in, I started moving forward and was stopped by an employee. The customers who were now behind me were yelling out their windows that I hadn't been there and was cutting in line. I explained to the employee that I had been there first, he then said he could check the cameras and I said yes please do. This went on for several minutes. Then two other employees said they hadn't seen me there. I explained that they were inside and could not have seen where I had been waiting, particularly because of the dumpster. I again asked them to check the cameras so we could establish what actually happened. Instead, the employee told me he believed the other customers and his coworkers over me and told me to go to the back of the line. He refused to check the cameras. I also questioned how I could have been in front of these other trucks if I had arrived after them. I have never experienced such a humiliating and disrespectful situation at a business. I was accused of something I had not done, had multiple people yelling at me from their vehicles, and then had an employee decide who to believe without even bothering to verify the facts when there was a camera available to do I strongly urge the owner/manager to review the security footage where it will verify that I was there first and was unnecessarily humiliated. This is not a business I would recommend with employees like that. No one deserves to be treated like this And based on your response to the review I posted elsewhere, I didn't magically appear at the front of the line. Given the narrowness of that back alley how could I have possibly get my suv past all those other cars in line if I had come after them?? And after your staff initially said he could check the cameras why would I have insisted he check them and still insisted in my review if I had cut the line, knowing it would've proved me wrong?! I attempted to settle this informally but the manager , Nittish, and then owner Stuart refused to acknowledge. Blatant fraud and it luckily can be proven by my recent service. I had heard about him though GetAssist and when the service was complete I asked him if he had offered any promotional discounts after the work was done because a good majority of GetAssist businesses offer discounts to GetAssist users and the guy turned to me and said "no, I'm already paying them enough as is to advertise". All I said was "huh.." and gave him my money. He pays $300 a year to "advertise" with GetAssist which is a laughable cost for a business especially since it's a tax write-off. How do I know this? It's because I worked for them at the time. I would have gone back and I would have told all of my friends but integrity is everything and this guy has ZERO. All he had to say was "no". Saying you can't afford to offer someone a promotional rate because you pay advertisement costs which work out to less than a dollar a day is a skeezy move. So, I'll take my business elsewhere. If he's willing to lie about something so stupid, who's to say he won't rip me off in the future?

I looked up reviews here on yelp and was very wary but since it was on my direct route home I decided to pop in. I arrived there at 3:45pm (Thursday). Service by Devin (and another gal) was very prompt, courteous, professional, friendly. I was given the options for my VW (synthetic), offered water or coffee, and given coupons to redeem airmiles online and mail-in for a rebate from Pennzoil. Washer fluid was topped up, tires were checked (one was very low and I was advised to keep an eye on it). I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Couldn't be more satisfied (and relieved, given prior reviews). :)

They were able to provide an oil change and a safety inspection of my vehicle! Although their waiting room is not available at this time for obvious health reasons I was able to go for a walk and they just called me when my car was ready. I also loved that they can text you a copy of the safety check complete with pictures. So much easier to see if there's a problem or show the customer what they saw. They also provide many more services than just oil changes so you can get everything done in one place. Good service and easy booking! A great big thank you and shout out for this business. As they were putting on the new tires they let us know the back brakes were completely worn. The report said 0mm of brake pad left. They would even need to replace the callipers.... $2000 please. This did seem a little suspicious, so I chose not to do the repair and had another mechanic look at it. There were actually 3mm of brake pad left, and although low, were not in need of immediate replacement. I did replace them anyway, for $1500 less than Fountain Tire had quoted. The other mechanic even showed me how, in the picture in the report Fountain Tire provided, you could see the remaining 3mm of brake pad. As I now can not trust their assessment, I wanted others to know you do need to check their work. I'm now even questioning whether the tire could have been repaired....
