I also asked Midas last week to provide copies of my previous invoices but did not receive them. My understanding is that any applicable brake warranty would cover parts only, leaving me responsible for the labour charges. Given my previous experience and the lack of follow-up, I have decided to have the brake repairs completed elsewhere. Then when showed up for the appointment, they claim they don't do any social media marketing and that cannot honor that promotion stating their prices are $49.99 and $99.99! I hate bait and switch companies and I forever will never go ti this specific location because they do try to scam you. I had my oil changed there a few times and twice they destroyed the oil plug requiring me to get a new one. Bc it's impossible to get off! Of course they upsell you a bunch of services you don't need. So just refuse them all of u do happen to go here. But if they do the bait and switch scam. How reliable can their inspection be? I used to like the old service manager but he left. He actually tried to help customers. Both of my Murano's had transmission failure at less then 130,000 km. Did not know about my first one till I had sold it to my sister and got a new one. So a 2009 and 2015 so far transmission is screwed. Over $10000 they want to fix it. Oh it's out of warranty they say, well how about not selling faulty transmissions and then not taking accountability as soon as they fail. It's criminal!!!

I asked if they could pour the rest in the jug I have in my car. She turned around and said well you should've said something earlier. She then proceeded to put all her weight on my power tailgate to close it instead of using the button and when I said something about her to use the button, she just walked away and left it half open. It didn't damage my tailgate, but I'm pretty sure that's not good to put your weight on somebody's tailgate like that. Also found the price compared to other companies like lube city or Midas are very high. I paid $140 for a synthetic oil change.

So I said ok on Oct. 13 ,2023 I taken it in for the repairs.They call me at about 12 noon and said it ready for pick up. I paid for the repairs and drove off with and I had a vibration at 60kph. So I call them and ask if I can bring back and the answer was no they are very busy that ok and said I can bring the vehicle in Tuesday Oct 17 so I did. is they taken it for a test drive and said yes there is a vibration. So they check it out. and went for a test drive.I had no vibration before the repairs on the control arms repairs. The lady said that they did not do any damage to my vehicle. I said the same thing about no vibration before the repairs. The mechanic said that it is normal for these vehicles. And I my opinion that they are giving me a brush off. So I will take it in for a gov. and a mechanic inspection. Please check reviews before repairs
