The techs were very courteous and efficient. The place is clean and neat with all the actual work taking place on a whole floor below with ongoing communication between the parties. There were cross checks and double checks on everything. It was beyond full service! I wish these were in the US as that's where we live. The price was equivalent to what i would pay in the US. We have a motorhome and size wasn't an issue because there isn't a hoist. It's a complete service with all fluids topped off and wiper blades changed! The employees also looked and sounded happy!

I called today and was able to get an appointment within an hour to get my flat tire checked out and repaired, and this is pretty standard. Matthias was super helpful even before I set foot in the door. My previous Toyota finally called it quits after 415,000 kms... and since I live in the country arranging a ride to go into any dealership meant asking friends and family to bring me around. I had called several other dealerships and emailed asking questions about cars in their inventory, and only Matthias responded to any of my online questions. We communicated by email for a couple of days before I was able to come in in person... but as soon as I walked in I felt I already knew him, and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed.... he was aware of what I was looking for and was incredibly helpful before I even got there.. I must say, it was BY FAR the least confrontational and most relaxing car buying experience I have ever had!!! There was absolutely no pressure and it was completely hassle free!! Never have I been treated with such respect from a dealership in my past car buying experiences... This is one of the main reasons I drive my cars until they literally die.. I have in the past absolutely hated the car buying experience...
