Rarer still to have an auto-repair facility you can trust (and there certainly are a few in the city you should trust about as far as you can throw a M1 Abrams tank). They're always busy because of their exceptional work. From the minute you walk in the door and see how immaculately clean the shop is kept, it's patently obvious you are in good hands. The RCMP and many other government branches also get their vehicles repaired there, again, integrity, trustworthiness. Rick and the entire crew are genuinely exceptional at what they do and dedicated to maintaining the best service possible. Friendly, fair pricing, competent and timely repairs, with a free shuttle bus to take you home and pick you up again, a comfy waiting room with awesome coffee and magazines. Basically they will bend over backward to make sure you're happy, 100 % of the time, every time.

I was busy with work and couldn't deal with getting my car fixed so I had a family member deal with it while I was away. The price seemed really high after talking to some other shops, so I figured maybe I should call back and inquire because possibly a mistake was made or I just didn't have my facts straight. He didn't like being questioned and got extremely defensive and told me to "have my people contact his people", pretty silly. Turns out there was something different about what they had to do and I had to get another shop to explain that instead of him just remaining calm for 2 minutes to tell me. Now my car is guzzling gas and not sure why, after his temper tantrum theres no way I would call them to ask and see if there's a possible correlation to the converter. It's too bad because it started off so great and I went based off of the other reviews, but I was glad to find out it wasn't just me who has had to deal with this. I waitressed for many years so when it comes to customer service, I am never rude or speak to people poorly so I don't understand why he got so defensive.
