He assured me quality work at a reasonable price and boy did they deliver! Not only did they do an excellent job on my fence and gate but you can't even tell they were there, everything is cleaned up neat and tidy and we're extremely quick. Also a huge bonus they were very conscientious of the fact that I have dogs and we're extremely accommodating. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you guys so much!

Along a gravel road on the property he had promised to return and clean up what was left there (said he needed his trailer to haul the leaves and mulch off). But when I refused to hire him to do further work (power wash an RV Trailer Trailer), he never showed up. Nor has he contacted me to explain why he hasn't. Horrible experience. Feel ripped off!

Everything went smooth and timely. From the very beginning scheduling a free estimate appointment on the phone to estimate day then actual tree removal day, this company is the best of the best. They are very professional and polite along with being very knowledgeable and experienced. They not only cut the tree down and removed the stump, they raked all the leaves and debris too! I am so impressed and very happy I found this company, especially after I had a very bad experience with another company in February to trim our trees. Scott and his men got the job done!

(funny, they cut down our next door neighbors tree a few months ago) Anyway he made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I told him that would be great, we had no plans, but suggested he call, just to give us a heads up. Saturday came, we worked all day in the yard...with my phone. NO CALL! NO SHOW! So evidently they don't need the business! That's ok, we will call someone else....but not the way to do business...thanks anyway!

Vi was contacted late Feb 2026, asked to replace the old driveway and expand it. He also stated it would be him and his brother doing the work and insinuated his brother was his business partner, thus, the name Big Boyz Construction. After he returned from vacation, we paid 10% down to secure the start date of Monday, March 16. On the morning of March 16, we paid $12,400 and were told it was for the purchase of materials. On Tuesday, March 17, at 7:7 PM, we texted to say we didn't want to move forward and requested a full refund. The main reason was because Vi never pulled the permit with the city, nor did he contact 811. Additionally, Vi lied to us about numerous things, including the relationship of the person who was on-site on Tuesday morning to start the job. We thought that person was his brother and business partner. On Tuesday morning, we changed the scope of work with this individual, who we thought was a part-owner of the company. The job was to start on Wednesday. By Tuesday evening, we found out the permit was never pulled, realized 811 had never been contacted, and Vi had lied about numerous things. No written contract No materials purchased Work didn't start We were never told about a cancellation fee until after we stated that we did not want to move forward and requested a refund. Vi said he would refund the money, but was going to keep 20% of the total job. He was the reason we wanted to cancel. This is unacceptable for him to keep $6,000 for doing nothing when no materials were purchased, and the work didn't start. The $12,400 has not been refunded, and we have to sue him. Highly do not recommend spending your time or money with this business.
