So I called requesting an estimate for a tree removal as well as tree trimming multiple trees. I told him we lived in Siloam. He did state that it was at the edge of their area of service. (funny, they cut down our next door neighbors tree a few months ago) Anyway he made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I told him that would be great, we had no plans, but suggested he call, just to give us a heads up. Saturday came, we worked all day in the yard...with my phone. NO CALL! NO SHOW! So evidently they don't need the business! That's ok, we will call someone else....but not the way to do business...thanks anyway! read more

Had 3 HUGE trees on my property in downtown Bentonville. I got a bunch of quotes and these guys were the best. That always makes me a little leery but I saw they had good reviews so I went with it. I made the right choice. They had the right equipment and a team that knew what they were doing. These guys made it look easy and took my stumps below grade and were all done by mid afternoon. The best tree work we've ever had! Lombard Tree Service spent 2 days working on our property, taking down compromised unhealthy trees and trimming. They were especially respectful of our property, especially considering close adjacencies to custom ornamental metal fencing and upright masonry columns. Their clean up at the end of the day was especially appreciated and we're fussy about looking clean. They have all of the special equipment, lift bucket truck, tractor, trailer...etc. etc. in addition to being proficient at climbing gear, ropes, etc. Their crew is friendly, and very conscientious about providing your desired results. We have had multiple projects done at our house and could not be more satisfied than our experience with Lombard Tree Service. Not only did we interview 2 other companies, but the excellent service and professionalism we received was above and beyond, with any company we have ever worked with. They were on time, they worked through a snowstorm blowing sideways in mid 20 degree weather! They were safe, efficient, and very reasonably priced. They also know the way to trim trees. You can't just cut whichever branch; it can kill the whole tree (something I never knew) . There are so many variables they take into account. We had about 3 large oaks trimmed and about 12 other large trees taken down. They remove all lumber and scraps after; they spent hours blowing leaves and raking! The owner comes as well and leads the team, working from morning until night; climbing trees, trimming, cutting, etc. Our yard is cleaner than it was before they even came. We couldn't be happier! I don't give out 5 star reviews very easily. They are saved for those who go above and beyond expectations. They were reasonably priced, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up their mess. We are new to the area and could have been taken advantage of on the pricing as another company wanted to charge 3 times the price of Lombard. Also, they connected us with someone locally that could mill the tree into planks. We feel confident in recommending their services to friends and family. read more
