They took off the black insulation to a pipe fitting and twisting the pipe caused a lot more water to flow. They replaced the fitting for $200 and the leak still persisted from the tank. When I called van fleet they told me that they "didn't know" and that I would have to "get down and check it out yourself and see where it's coming from." What?? I'm a 55yr old woman with no plumbing experience and dad is 81yrs old. it seems they just don't want to be bothered with small jobs even if they installed the original pump and tank. They happily accepted our money. Then we tried coordinating October winterization. We tried calling and leaving messages almost weekly until finally we sent an email to Paulette. Her less than helpful borderline childish response is shown in the image below (she suggests that my husband who is an attorney deliberately tried to hang up on her when in actuality we were trying to desperately schedule). Needless to say we found a better company and will never be returning. We also spoke to the previous owners who also stated Paulette's attitude comes off as someone who does not value the company she works for or must not have any qualms about losing business for her company. I had a bumper crop of dandelions when the lawn woke up this Spring. Greg quoted me a very reasonable price to fertilize and apply weed killer. He made one pass over the yard and 99% of the dandelions were dead within 2weeks. You have got to see the spreader that he uses - I've never seen one so big that the operator stands on the back and drives it. He bases his lime application only on soil tests done at a lab, and it's worth the cost of the tests to get it right. He was willing to customize the treatment plan for my yard based on what I wanted, not just a standard program. I highly recommend him!

Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?
