When I relieved Mr. Weiss of his duties because the cost of the contested divorce exceeded my ability to pay and take care of my children with no child support, Mr. Weiss continued to bill (without my knowledge) for court costs associated with withdrawing from the case to the tune of 5k....Three years later!!!!. Nov. 2017, I get a demand to pay from him and I am still not divorced! Feeling victimized by my husband and attorney. Mr. Weiss offered to settle for 2k if I remove negative reviews warning others about his services. I refused. The public has a right to know and I will not be strong-armed (or bought) by someone I retained initially to protect my interest. Horrible personal experience made worse by this attorney.
