I recently contacted Mr. Cooper after my CPA of twenty years dropped the ball on me with NYS. I was being audited and he told me that I'd have to pay interest and penalties for a 529 deduction that I took back in 2011. Not only did Mr. Cooper correct the problem and reverse the penalties and interest, his rates were much more reasonable then my original CPA. I'll gladly be using Mr. Cooper from now on! read more
