June 11,2024 Came…read morehere as I was visiting my friend and was in desperate need of some new bras. So we go shopping and luckily it was during their semi annual sale. Luckily it wasn't a mad house and I left with four bras that fit great. Also got pajamas on sale as well short pajama bottoms with a long sleeve top with pink flamingos on them . They offered a credit card for additional savings but I really only shop here a couple times a year so wouldn't really be worth it for me. Beautiful store that is very clean and organized. My friend left with a lot of sale items as well. We got there early on in the sale so there was plenty of selection, saved 50% off regular prices and check out at the register was a breeze. They had plenty of sales support on the sales floor.

So, I walked into the store and I could have heard a pin drop, absolutely NOBODY in the store. I wandered around for a few minutes before calling out for an employee. A young woman walks into my view and says, " hello." I asked her if they were open and she said, "yes." I'm like I've never been in this store when there's absolutely no customers before. She said, "oh you just missed the rush." LMAO!!!!! ok, sure. You're the ONLY person working here. I remember VS when it was so busy they had lineups at ALL the check out counters, it was hard pressed to find your size as lingerie was literally flying off the shelves! I remember 7 panties for $21 and good quality too. I remember spending minimum a $150 just so I could get a gift blanket. It was so much fun!!!! But, I guess all good things must come to an end at some point. I highly doubt this business would recover even if it wanted to. Oh well, there's a lot of woke companies going broke now. The whole American shopping mall experience has tanked. Tough lesson for retailers.

I'm giving the subpar rating due to the customer service. I walked into the store with my children…read more My reason for coming in the store was to look for jewelry with my oldest daughter for prom. We were not greeted when we walked in the store. Less than a minute, an associate beelined her way to the area we were in. I caught her eyes watching my children. She never offered to help until I made the remark "if you're going to walk over here to watch us, at least offer to help". Her response was "I was just walking over here to lean on the table". Out of all the tables in the store...yea right! My kids overheard her talk on her radio to another associate and stated I was a "rude" customer. Not rude at all. I called her out on her racial profiling. Interestingly, she was very attentive to everyone who walked in the store after us, which was over the top.

I bought a heart ring ($98, but plus tax = $107) from the pandora section of Dillards on 3/13/26 …read more This was a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary, we first opened the ring on 3/15/26, where my girlfriend noticed it was deformed and missing diamonds. We tried to take it back but Dana and her manager refused. Claiming that she would never sell a ring like that and was very sure. When we requested to roll back the cameras they said "No." They also do not show you the ring before purchasing it, they just put it in the box and give it to you. After they refused me the refund I went to the official Pandora store to buy a new ring and they gave me a preview of the ring and boxed it in front of me. I have no reason to destroy a ring that's meant for my girlfriend and return it.
