June 11,2024 Came here as I was visiting my friend and was in desperate need of some new bras. So we go shopping and luckily it was during their semi annual sale. Luckily it wasn't a mad house and I left with four bras that fit great. Also got pajamas on sale as well short pajama bottoms with a long sleeve top with pink flamingos on them . They offered a credit card for additional savings but I really only shop here a couple times a year so wouldn't really be worth it for me. Beautiful store that is very clean and organized. My friend left with a lot of sale items as well. We got there early on in the sale so there was plenty of selection, saved 50% off regular prices and check out at the register was a breeze. They had plenty of sales support on the sales floor. read more

I visited this store only because I was in the Mall anyways. I actually canceled my Angel Card back when VS went woke and lowered the quality of their clothing. So, I walked into the store and I could have heard a pin drop, absolutely NOBODY in the store. I wandered around for a few minutes before calling out for an employee. A young woman walks into my view and says, " hello." I asked her if they were open and she said, "yes." I'm like I've never been in this store when there's absolutely no customers before. She said, "oh you just missed the rush." LMAO!!!!! ok, sure. You're the ONLY person working here. I remember VS when it was so busy they had lineups at ALL the check out counters, it was hard pressed to find your size as lingerie was literally flying off the shelves! I remember 7 panties for $21 and good quality too. I remember spending minimum a $150 just so I could get a gift blanket. It was so much fun!!!! But, I guess all good things must come to an end at some point. I highly doubt this business would recover even if it wanted to. Oh well, there's a lot of woke companies going broke now. The whole American shopping mall experience has tanked. Tough lesson for retailers. read more

"Customer service" if that's what they call it, needs major improvement. I asked an employee a simple question nicely and she said "i don't know " I went to walk out the store and she said "it's not like km the one who even did that section the girl that did it ain't even here" extremely rude but it was to be expected since she looked like she just rolled out of bed. If you are the General manager or the Manager you should be fired based off the reviews this has been going on for over a year now. Extremely disappointing this store use to be fun to shop at now i feel like i'm in a war zone when i walk in there. read more

If you're the district manager or manager, you need to get your button that store and fire some people. My wife went there with an open credit card to buy whatever she wanted, not only were your people or your staff ignoring her, when she asked for help, they basically shrugged her shoulders and walked away. They never offered to help. They never offered to help order anything online. They just want to get back to the little gossip circle. You have a one star business, and it is in trouble. read more

Not impressed. Employees are unhelpful and unethical. I witnessed an employee recruit two college freshmen to sign up for a Victoria's Secret credit card who did not have a job or source of income. When asked for their work address, the employee told the students to list their dorm address. She then instructed them to come inside the store to make cash payments on their statements each month. There have been many VS promotions that I have inquired about in-store and employees have had little to no knowledge about. This is increasingly frustrating and unacceptable as a Forever Angel Card holder. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is an absolute mess. I went in to pick out some underwear. The displays are completely disorganized, and unlabeled drawers are overflowing with underwear, so good luck finding what you are looking for. When I went to check out, the sales associate was insistent that she needed my phone number to print my receipt. When I told her I'd rather not give it out, she rudely said "it doesn't do anything". THEN WHY DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER?!?! I've never heard of needing a phone number to print my receipt. Is the money I give you not enough? Jesus. She then pressed a button, printed the receipt, threw it in my bag and tipped it over in the process. She didn't even hand me the bag. I still said "Thanks" and she rolled her eyes at me. If I could I'd give them a 0. Rude rude women that work there. I'm from out of state and this was not pleasant. No one greeted me, no one asked me if I needed help. Not one person spoke or looked at me until I was looking in the sale panty bin. Didn't find anything so moved on. Sales person gave me a mad look, a huff of her voice and went to the table to rearrange it. Um... it's a bin where YOUR policy is to throw the panties in their not mine. Where to begin? It's early on a Saturday, which is the day of the week where you get a lot of customers, right? So you want to be prepared and make sure everything is in an orderly fashion. Nope! The displays were all messy, not folded, clothes on the floor. There were a handful of employees which baffles me on why they didn't clean the areas as they saw it. Next, I had a reward card which did not expire til 2 weeks. The ashore straight up said I don't think this will work. I'm baffled, she wasn't going to try til I explained there were no exclusions and it is not expired. What am I missing? How do I know more about the way their rewards work than the employee? I'm upset because she wasn't even going to try and had a little attitude about trying it. Victoria Secret is placed at a high standard and I did not feel it at the location. I did give 2 stars because a employee was going around asking if the customers needed help...which is necessary at VS. read more

This review is for the Manager on duty 2/18/2019 at the East Chase location. She went above and beyond to satisfy. They were very low on inventory which made it almost impossible to get the deals that were advertised, however she allowed me to mix and match to make it right. These people are so rude I came here just to pay on my account. After being the second customer in line (Nobody else is in the store besides the lady in front of me) and three cashiers are just standing there looking at me. An when the girl finally call me up she wanna act funky with me when I told her I wanna pay my bill then she kept running my money through a machine after it checked off every time that my money was real like how many times you gone do that and on top of that you can hold it up to the light and see the marks that's suppose to be there that shows it's real. Then when she was done she didnt say nothing she just held out my receipt. I will NOT be shopping here I rather shop online and pay my bill with everything else online. Everytime I come in here they have a problem if it's not looking at me like I'm not suppose to be in there shopping or they have a issue with helping me find what I need to paying my bill. I stopped by Victoria's Secret to pick up some panties for my wife. There was a woman tidying a display and I asked her for help and she ignored me. I was floored but I was extra polite and said " excuse me ma'am, could you please help me find a particular panty". She was very stoic as I explained to her what I was looking for and then said "come on" and walked back to a table. The panties she showed me were not even close and when I showed her a picture from the VS website she said "we don't have those here". I wandered around intentionally looking lost and nobody offered to help. I found the panties and they had colors my wife doesn't have but they were all extra small or large, no love for the average women I guess. Maybe I'm spoiled at the VS near my house because the staff there are always helpful and I score points with my bride. Anyway, I'd have to recommend ordering online or going to another location as it seems like poor customer service at this store is becoming a trend. read more

I stopped into this store today to find a very specific bra I had seen online. Upon entering, the associate straightening the PINK panty table turned to see me walk in, rolled her eyes and kept folding. As a retail employee myself, I was floored but realized that maybe she was just having a tough day. That was until the next customer walked in... The associate turns around, greets her and tells her all about the promos. So I kinda hung out in the pink section and the body care section and observed her. Note: nobody else tried to help me and I was there for around an hour. I began to notice that the associate only greeted African American customers. Then I noticed that all of the other associates were also African American and they too were only offering assistance to other African Americans. I am not the first to notice that this staff is racist and VS needs to do something about it. read more
