It didn't arrive...then I was told July...it didn't arrive...then I am told August...I called again and now it shows possible delivery of mid October. Hopefully it will show up in 2024. The only way I would do business with this store again is if they discount the purchase price 10% for every 10 business days the item is delayed from the date they promise delivery. At least that way the store is held accountable for their screw ups.

Because I was too far out of the service area and they needed to schedule a pickup and bring in house to fix. Fine can we do that. Finally a pick up date set. Pick up was in February. They delivered my chair the end of April in the very same condition it was in at pick up. No fix had been done. This all started I January. It is now May . Five months without a chair to sit in. NOT acceptable . I did not accept the delivery. When I called the service department to inform them of the situation all I was told was we usually don't accept the chair back after it has been delivered. Ummm are you listening. I have been waiting 5 months for my chair and it is not fixed and all you can say is we usually don't accept the chair back after it is delivered?? What kind of service is this? Called again yesterday to find out the status."I will send out an email to the warehouse and call you as soon as possible" I have not received a call. Are you seeing the pattern that I have been the one to call them. I do have to say probably one of the worst service I've experienced. Buy furniture there if you never want it serviced. Pending response. Have yet to hear back from our agent, Mike P, regarding when they can reschedule delivery for and pickup for the incorrect couch. As of yesterday he claimed it'll now be backlogged for an unknown amount of weeks, and that they're mainly focused on picking up the incorrect one but that he'd call us to arrange this. Ongoing theme of "I'll call you" and no calls come through.

Their store isn't even open and I'm receiving text messages from him at 9:30 in the morning on a Saturday. If you're looking for honest, respectful and just genuinely kind customer service, this is not the place to go. Slumberland across the street is much better. Had the WORST experience here with an employee named Kayla. She followed us around the store and then attempted to hand me a financing card to which I said oh no thank you we don't need financing. She then whipped it out of my hand and stomped away from me as I was mid sentence trying to inquire about a couch that we immediately wanted to purchase. Her level of rudeness cannot be measured.
