We've also had problems with falling shingles every year since. They were also too lazy to remove the spouting and reinstall over top of shingles as it was before the wind damage. They installed stone over the brick fireplace and within a year a section of the stone fell off. The new mantle that was installed by them tilted so much over time you could not put anything thing on it. A section of the new ceiling tile they installed in the laundry room fell down because the staples were not long enough. The laminate flooring they installed has gaps at many of the joints because of improper installation. Some of the drywall joints are cracking thru the paint. They did install a new stone 4 x 6 shower and did a good job. All the repairs have been completed except for the flooring by a different contractor or myself.
