I started using LawnRx in the Summer of 2020. I notice three of my neighbor's lawns look great and mine looked sickly. I have been in my home for 46 years and any work I did on the lawn I did my self but it never looked good. When I saw the LawnRX truck in the neighborhood I talked with the tech Gavin Boring. He was quite informative, friendly and answered all my questions. Based on what I saw in my neighborhood I was sold. I had them do the remainimg treatment for last year including, soil test, lime application, aeration and overseeding. I have never had a lawn that compares to what I have now. I am with Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity on the campus of WVU in Morgantown WV. David and his crew came out on extremely short notice and were able to complete a hefty job within two-three hours for our new fraternity house on Spruce Street just off campus. Vines were everywhere, dead plants and shrubbery out on the front lawn, an ungodly amount of empty cans, trash from squatters, and lots of tree branches that needed removing. Lawn Rx has been taking care of my lawn and Birch Trees for many years. They remind me when they will be doing treatments and always come when they say are scheduled. Josh, the current lawn technician, is pleasant, friendly, works quickly and correctly, as have all lawn technicians who have ever applied the treatments. The employees are very pleasant on the phone and send someone to the house if they cannot solve any issue or problem, which is infrequent. I highly recommend their service. Excellent lawn care and customer service. Our lawn was a mass of weeds. I called Lawn Rx and viola, we have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. It was such an improvement, that approx. 4 other neighbors switched to them. Today, I was home and the service techs. came to treat the lawn. They got some granulated fertilizer on my patio, without knowing any one was home, they got the blower and cleaned off the patio. Quite frankly, I probably would have never noticed. Theres no one better or more knowledgeable than Tom who comes to manage the weeds on my huge gravel parking lot . One treatment and there are no weeds for months. Tom also is very friendly , personable, respectful and a pleasure to deal with . He goes above and beyond the service that I pay for each time ! You cant go wrong with Tom , he's the man ! Joshua was very professional. The service today was postponed by a few hours, as we were laying mulch in the flower beds when Joshua first arrived. He explained that the treatment could be hazardous to our skin for the first couple of hours after applying, and he would return later for the lawn treatment. He did exactly that; ensuring that we were out of the area. In my experiences, most lawn technicians would not have returned.... We live in a new construction house with a yard that is now two years old. The first year our yard was all weeds and crabgrass, and this year after being with Lawn RX for one year now our yard is perfect. Lawn RX always does a great job. They care about what they do. They always ask if there is more they can do and they blow the fertilizer from sidewalks and driveway.
