If I were to offer constructive feedback to the business/business management team, I would say...please don't charge extra for infrequent, quick tax questions. We get what we pay for, and I'm happy to pay top dollar for my tax returns to make sure they are done right, but it is upsetting to get a note on my tax return invoice that says "special project" only to learn later that the charge was added because I emailed a quick question for clarity about eligible deductions, etc. Despite that, I still give Kalter a 5-star review because no business is perfect...but Kalter is pretty darn close to perfection.
