The location is great near the Capitola mall and Trader Joe's with ample parking and an elevator for strollers/ADA. She is helpful in providing timely documentation for her services and responsive to questions as well as providing take home exercises for him. I have already talked to other moms with children in need of support about her practice. The big hospitals over the hill get recommended often by pediatricians, but for our child we would have had to wait for six months to even get a first assessment! My Achilles tendon had shortened and the range of motion was at barely 30% with constant swelling and lymphatic edema. Aunika offered immediate manual therapy with specific home exercises to address these issues. Andrew has worked wonders with his deep tissue release and joint mobilization. Today, at the end of the session with Andrew, I actual saw venous flow moving into the top of my foot for the first time since the surgery. I also, even having phoned three times to billing about my being overcharged, have never heard back from them again. I told my doctor this week about my therapy and billing overcharge, and he said he would stop recommending therapy at Precision. This is a Sutter doctor. Too bad no one from Precision seems to read the complaints and resolve them. I will never go back to Precision in Scotts Valley. I will be calling my health insurance to ask them to intervene in my being overcharged.

Each and every question was answered easily and I found myself able to relax and just focus on healing from the minute I walked in the door. Chris Vafiades was my therapist and he knows his stuff. He has a gentle way of guiding you through exercises and stretches and he took the time to sit and talk with me about my specific injury and pain level. I've never experienced that type of focus and dedication from any other medical professional and I work at a hospital! Chris allowed me to push myself when I could and go easy when I felt I needed to hold back. It's without question I was able to heal my shoulder in a matter of months because I felt so comfortable in his care. Christopher is a very caring and thorough physical therapist. He makes sure to do the right thing for the patient, even if it means spending more time than the allotted appointment. He is very honest and transparent in helping patients to understand where he can help, and where other professionals may be better suited to help. His concern is the overall well-being of the patient! Christopher has done body work and manipulations to help with my neck and back and gave me exercises to help with a shoulder injury caused by surfing. Adriana did an extremely thorough assessment in order to identify the source of my knee pain, and gave me exercises to address muscle issues in my feet, glutes and hips to correct the "mechanical issues" causing pain in my knees. The exercises, and her educating me on the root causes of my knee issues really gave me an awareness of things I needed to work on and also helped to correct things pretty quickly. In addition to the two wonderful physical therapists, their Office Assistant Keri Winger is a delight to deal with! She is so professional and friendly! She is always smiling and eager to help. Vera has to find another job or not be involved with people's care. This could become dangerous and cause physical and legal consequences that could only result in someone not getting the care that they need or their business being shut down due to incompetence.

Basically, an internal TENS device, all because the do not want to EVER prescribe opioids. Even post op, I was only given 10 mg Percoset!! I went back to one of the spine surgeons and got another sales pitch for a spinal cord stimulator. Well, the pain went away permanently with 4 days of Norco. I had FOUR attempts by the docs there (and the "pain clinic" in the same building to get a SCS. One time I was heavily sedated!!! I could go on and on..
