AMBIENCE
They're open for business again! Make sure to wear a face mask going there for your safety. Lots of parking slots are available around the restaurant, and restrooms are just nearby. To enjoy your dine-in experience, I highly recommend eating with your hands. It's also a good chance for some foreigners to learn to eat rice with their hands too!
FOOD
We ordered Sinugno, a tilapia that is grilled first before being cooked with coconut milk. The delicious grilled flavor makes this very distinct distinct from Tilapia sa Gata, where the fish is cooked directly in the coconut milk. Inihaw na Liempo or grilled pork was an all-time fave so we also had that plus Ensaladang Pako or fern salad with salted egg and sardines on the side. Very fresh greens!
BEVERAGE
Melon and Ripe Mango shakes were both very refreshing! It is best to finish them soon instead of letting them sit too long.
SERVICE
We were informed to order at their menu board found at the center of the restaurant to lessen physical contact. Everyone was friendly, informative, accommodating, and actually pretty chill. read more
