Considering he has his own segment and is the main anchor of Good Day Lubbock, this only speaks to the character and lack of integrity of the employees and owners of this news station. There is never a need for comments like ones made on this show that are looking to laugh at and mock the people on the news he is supposed to be talking about.

However, you have just recently hired a young lady who fills in for sports and she is absolutely the worst tv announcer I have every listened to. Last night on the sports she mispronounced Rory McIlroy's name, the golfer who is leading the Open and probably will win it. When referring to baseball scores, she called "runs" "points". Come on. She's a graduate of Texas Tech and cannot read the teleprompter! Is this a learn as you go deal? People who cannot read and cannot correctly pronounce the names of major sports figures on the sports show for a major tv market should be working at Burger King.
