Uneven lengths after I said twice the tips were too long and to please shorten them
    Marisol M.

I went in after receiving a 15% coupon. I saw pictures online of the work they offer and with just 5 techs to choose from I thought they'd all be great. I walked in at noon, 15 minutes early for my appointment. The owner greeted me and immediately mentioned how long my nails were and if that's how I want to keep them. She looked stunned. I love the stiletto shape. It took nearly 30 minutes to slowly drill the top layer of dip powder I had in my nails and wrap them. In the pedicure chair I explained I have acrylic overlay on my big toes and if that's something they can do as well. She seemed confused and grabbed the owner that advised they don't use harsh chemicals so they'll use a UV Gel instead. A different tech had to do it since mine didn't know how and made it clear to the owner she would not do it. The pedicure was slow and painstaking. She started to finally polish after an hour. By the third toe she mentioned how thick the polish was. I told her I'd happily choose a different color since it's bad. She scoffed and exclaimed she was already in the fourth toe. Where I said "better than the tenth, let me get a different color please." She shrugged me off and went on to add polish thinner to the bottle instead. All the while a different tech was removing the soaked dip of my nails to help speed things up. The owner came over to suggest I cut my natural nails off (which took me some time to grow and keep at this length) and use their Gel X tips since my nails were too long for dip powder and they are bending. I told her that's why I was there, to get a manicure and have my nails freshened up not cut off. At the manicure table the tech seemed stressed at the length of my nails and couldn't understand the concept of trimming them a bit then reshaping them back to stiletto.I showed her that I needed 3 tips put on because of a broken nail and both my index nails that don't grow properly. The nails were applied and left far too long. The tech insisted they matched the length of the rest. I explained that the length of the nail should be relative to the finger which she just said they'll shorten up more when she does her final filing. Before starting the dip I asked her to please straighten out the left index nail because it was VERY obviously pointing to the right. She said it's how my nail grows, it looks like it leans. She got the owner again who agreed with her tech. I gently said "that's why I get tips put on those nails, so they look straight." The owner just said the tech was following how my nail grows. Again, I gently said "wouldn't it be your job to create the illusion that my nails are straight?" She flat out said "no." Then she just told the tech to soak the nail, remove the tip and that she would re-apply it. This was on the third hour. The tech said "want gel polish instead? It'll be faster since you're kind of in a rush." It's not about being in a rush, it's about something that should have taken 90 minutes has taken 3 hours and you're no where near done yet. 4-1/2 hours later, with my jaw clenched, I was finally done. My nails were left rounded, misshapen and lumpy. The polish on my toes covered in bubbles. I went to the front hoping the owner would ask to see the final product but all I got was her turning the screen around to show a total of $106 and her smiling from ear to ear saying "that's with your coupon applied." I held back my tears of rage, paid, and walked right out at 4:20pm. I didn't think I'd pay over $100 for someone to basically PRACTICE on my nails for over 4 hours. I would have respected them more if they were honest and have just told me they didn't know how to do what I was there for. My entire afternoon was gone and plans lost. I left feeling defeated.

Clean salon, nice experience, took like 3+ hours for mani pedi but feel like good quality

The owner did my nails very carefully and attentively, with a very cute and natural design, and the nails she did are very strong and durable. They lasted for a month and a half despite my rough use.

I will never come back here again. I got a dip powder manicure and one nail chipped on a corner…read moreless than 3 days after my manicure. This normally lasts 3+ weeks and no problems. Less than a week in and I have had two chips. I went in to have the one fixed and all they did was not fix the problem but filed my nail down so the chip was not visible. Normally in multiple other salons a dip manicure takes close to an hour or more time to do correctly. The man that did my manicure took less than 40 minutes. I had called and made an appointment. It started off with this one woman who was very nice and did my pedicure, once I sat down and she was working on my manicure. Once she trimmed my nails I was told that she had another appointment so I had to move to the person next to her that clearly did a crappy job. If she had an appointment why was my appointment given to her is beyond me. I felt like I was treated more like a walk in. But still paid over $100. I will not be going back to fix the chips because they just make you feel like you are a little Cuckoo when you go in n to have them fix their poor quality. Next time when my regular place is closed due to an emergency I will wait at least they do a good job and stand by their work!

I asked when I walked in why this place was so empty. because they are jacking up the prices and…read moreripping people off... quote you one price, then charge you way more. Dont come here. I learned the hard way. if it was worth it I wouldn't be mad. but I was charged 120 for basic nail work my daughter should have done at home. for what I paid, we both COULD have gotten our nails done. DONT COME HERE.
