Upon purchase, I received an email letting me know that I had the gift card and that it's been applied to my account. Amazing. WRONG AGAIN. I went to use said gift card and upon completion of my services I go to show the digital gift card (which quite literally indicated to show it at the business) and I am informed that they will not accept the virtual gift card. I ask why not and they tell me they need a business card that they gave my mom when she purchased the gift card, that was sent digitally, or else they can't apply the gift card. The owner confirms she knows she sold the gift card, emailed the digital gift card and literally sees the gift card on my account, but REFUSES to let me use the digital gift card (which by the way even gives you the option to send to someone else who would then only have a digital gift card). After going back and forth for far longer than should have been necessary I end up paying because the business refused to accept and apply the gift card they took the money for and emailed to me. Now, I have to go through the process of disputing the purchase with my credit card company. In a city where there are three nail salons every two steps save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. Spouses, parents, friends do not purchase gift cards from this location. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to honor them.

The service was unprofessional from beginning to end, and the owner was extremely rude. I went in for a **hard gel (builder gel) refill**. The owner initially quoted me one price, then changed it twice before the service was even finished. That immediately made me uncomfortable. The nail technician, an older gentleman, also misled me. I specifically asked for a refill on my builder gel nails, but instead he used acrylic powder and told me it was "the same thing, just in powder form." It is not the service I requested. To make matters worse, when he applied the gel polish, he flooded my cuticles and left polish all over the skin around my nails. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it properly, he tried to scrape the polish off with his fingernail, which hurt my fingers. The manicure looked messy before I even left the salon. I now have to pay another nail technician to fix the poor-quality work, making this a complete waste of my money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality work, honest pricing, or professional customer service.
