Had an appt for gel fills my nail tech was Amy, who immediately showed me where my fills were lifting. She was able to make great suggestions to keep my nails in better shape without spending unnecessary money. The salon is large, had a good anoint of techs on staff, yet the place was surprisingly quiet. They greet you as soon as you enter and you are not kept waiting at all. I will surely be returning here for manicures and pedicures. read more

I was there on a Sunday with my daughter and her friend. They are 8yo girls. Both girls wanted main/pedi with some design (happy face emoji and checkered pattern) on their nails. Both ladies -Susan and Tina-said that they did not know how to do designs. Ok, so the girls were very disappointed but went with just plain two colors. Susan and Tina proceeded to talk amongst themselves in Vietnamese-saying how it was a waste of their time to do designs on the tiny nails. They said it was a waste of their time to even do little girls mani/pedi!!! I understand Vietnamese. I was livid. Do not lie to me. If you had told me and explain, I would understand. Additionally, I made APPT FOR GIRLS/KIDS mani/pedi--if you did not want to do kids, then don't accept my appointment. They then spoke amongst themselves saying they will charge an extra $5 because the girls wanted two different nail color polish. Needless to say-I will not be returning and I will do NOT recommend this place--at least not SUSAN or TINA. read more

I love my dip manicure and the staff are very friendly. I went today right after work. My sister and mom were doing their nails and call me in to join them. They were about to close early due to the hurricane, but my sister asked if I could be accommodated. They were extremely nice and welcoming. The guy at the front that checks you in and out is also very kind to us. They also do an amazing job. My sister, mom and I have come here before. I plan on coming again to do my nails here. I've been going here since they opened. I love getting my nails done here. They can literally do any design that I ask for. The particular design in the photo I posted was done by Andy. They're always so nice and accommodating. I love sitting in the massage chairs for my pedicures. It's my time to relax and wind down from my long work weeks. read more

Love this place. Always a slay. Amy, Neon, Brian, Henry...everyone kills it. I come in to get a gel pedi and either dip with tips or now gel x. Either way, whatever their suggestion--I trust them. Also it's reasonably priced. I feel as if I get what I pay for--I've been overcharged at other nearby salons and it did not compare to the quality of Lush. Lush is out here snatching up everyone's clients! For good reason. read more

I arrived from NYC six months ago and have had a hard time finding a new nail place that I can trust. Lush was recommended by other moms in Broward and I'm so happy so have found this place. Though a little pricier than their competitors Lush provides great services and customer service. I LOVE that you are able to schedule your appointment online without speaking to anyone and they are open on Mondays which most places are usually closed (not sure why). I think I've officially found my go to nail person at Lush. LEE! She did an excellent job on my toes and Gail mani and loved her customer services. This is my monthly spot for sure! read more

I went to this nail salon for the first time today and I found my new nail spot. I made an appointment online last night and I was seated right away. The salon is unbelievably clean and spacious and my nail tech, Andy, was amazing! I got a refill for my acrylic nails and he took his time and made sure he fixed the mistakes my previous nail tech made somewhere else. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. This was my first visit back to a nail salon since the beginning of COVID. I found the place to be extremely clean and I felt totally comfortable. All the techs wore masks. This place is hands down the best. Not only are you greeted the moment you walk in, but ask you to wash your hands first (Covid safety which I can appreciate). I had been looking for a new nail place closer to home after my old nail lady stopped working. I had gone to two other salons in the area that were terrible. But this place was a great find! Kevin, greeted me and asked about my day. Very polite and funny. He led me to the pedicure station after taking off my gel polish. Lee An did my pedicure, she did an AMAZING job. It was perfection. The fact that she was personable was even better. Andy, was next. He did my dip manicure. He took his time, and made sure my manicure was perfect. The dip was not bubbly or thick. It was exactly how it should be. His personality was also great. I definitely appreciate a location that makes you feel welcomed and safe due to Covid and just does amazing work. Imagine spending hours at a salon after already having an appointment? I've went to this place 3 times and every time it got worse. This place is a complete and utter disappointment. If I could give zero stars I would. I am so extremely unsatisfied with not only the physical service, but the customer service. And not to mention how unhygienic and dirty the entire shop is- they left my nails ruined with fungus growing under my nails after going here the last time. I cannot believe the terrible service I received today from Andy and Sam's at this place. I went in for a pedicure and was met with nothing but rudeness and refusal from Sam when I asked to remove the dead skin from my feet. Not only did they refuse to continue the service, but when I asked for help, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes without any assistance. When I finally confronted Andy ( the manager) about the lack of service, he told me I have to pay for the entire pedicure. I offer to pay for half. Sam threatened to call the police! I have never been treated so poorly in a customer service setting before. It was an absolutely appalling experience. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Got an acrylic refill with gel polish and a pedicure. The nail tech rushed through my service. I was done with both the pedicure and nail fill in less than an hour. He had missed a spot on one of my toes and I asked him to please fix it and he was super annoyed. Within two days my pedicure polish was chipping, my gel polish was peeling off, and one of my nails broke. Very disappointing. read more

Clean and efficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is one salon that is actually open on Mondays (lots are closed on Mondays). The prices are competitive under $90 for gel mani and pedi. The pedicure was one of the most relaxing I have ever had. HUGE selection of colors. I had an appointment for 9:30am for a manicure and pedicure. But after my pedicure was complete, I had to wait for a while to get my manicure and was passed off to several different people. I didn't leave the nail shop until 12:30pm. Also, the paint job on my original pedicure was really sloppy. I could have done a better job myself! The owner had to fix the work of her nail tech and repainted three of my toes, including both of my big toes. When I was finally passed to the final person who did my manicure, I felt like he was rushing me out of the chair in the end so he could get more customers. I'm paying for this service and just as valuable as the next customer so I shouldn't receive a rushed service! But overall my nails turned out nice and weren't nearly as sloppy as my original pedicure. I got ombré dip powder nails with tips. The only thing is I wish they were a little shorter but I should have pushed for him to make them shorter. In terms of COVID safety: I felt super uncomfortable the entire time because two of the men who worked there refused to wear masks -- which set a really bad precedent because then several of the patrons started taking off their masks. This was honestly the worst part of my experience there as someone who takes COVID seriously. read more

One of the worse experiences I had. I've been having my nails for over 15 years and after 24 hours, I had 2 nail that broke, after 1 week half of them were broken .. ok it can happen, maybe bad powder, so I went back and mentioned it. They offer 10% .. like ok it's not much but it is what it is. My appointment was at 10:45. They soak the rest off what was left and let me wait for 40-45 minutes .no excuses or nothing .. and when I went to pay my bill the person at the front desk was different and they didn't apply the discount. I was going to just not give the dip to the lady that did my nails but this is not her fault so I gave her a tip. Will not go back. Really disrespectful for their customer read more

So I've been going to the same nail tech for over five years but she's moving soon so I started to search out for a new tech in the area. After doing a lot of research, I came across Mimi at Lush. I booked my appt over the phone (which by the way she books fast and a couple weeks in advance). I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it came out the exact same. I'm really picky with my nails.... I don't like them to be too wide, too thin, too thick etc. I'm really happy with her work she did such a great job. I'm a little sad because after all that research and trying her out, I was informed she's leaving in October because she's having a baby. We need more stars!! Lush is amazing. I was looking for a new nail spa and boy did I luck out. I called the day before and asked poor Andy 500 questions which he happily answered so I scheduled a pedi for myself. I was super early and was greeted with a friendly hello, welcome and please wash your hands. I appreciate and respect the covid protocols being followed. Even though I was early they were ready and brought me back to Adam. He is beyond spectacular. I'm very ticklish and am usually jumpy when they file, callous and scrub and I didn't flinch once while he was working. He treated a tender big toe area, fixed it without me feeling a thing! His attention to detail was astounding. I chose a paraffin pedi and I've never had someone take such care in distributing the wax evenly all over my feet. I hope he is there every time I come back but I bet everyone there is just as good. They are a very friendly staff. The place is beautiful and spotless and very professional. First time amazing with Henry. Came back for a refill (gel) and a reg pedi...mediocre at best(with diff nail tech) , but the team at the salon rectified the issues. However day 1 this is what my nails look like. Keep in mind I work with my hands but I'm not banging pots and pans or heavy construction. Everyone was friendly, but quality isn't there. I asked for a dip manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. After 2.5 hours, I ended up with some version of dip and gel for a manicure and didn't bother getting my brows done because it took so unbelievably long. My nails were redone, and they blamed the color. It should have been discarded and another color recommended if the color was the problem, but to me it's just an excuse and poor workmanship. When I voiced my concerns, I had to do it twice. I was given a 10% discount and zero apology. There are better places out there. read more

Made an appointment for 2 princess mani and pedi, with an adult pedicure. Came in on time, waited patiently. After 20mins they sat us in chairs but no tech was available. After another 15 mins of waiting I was told there is a tech that is finishing up but it didn't seem that was true. So 40mins into wait time the girls started to get impatient and I just watched several people who came at same time or after us getting their nails done. I went there for my mani and pedi. My pedicure was amazing but my manicure took forever and was done by two people because the first one kept messing up my stickers and got frustrated with me. Mimi fixed my stickers and she was very nice. Overall, I was patient and the end result was good but I wish everything went more smoothly than it did. I tipped everyone the same but was unhappy with the way I was treated. Don't know yet if I'll go back . read more

I came on a Friday around 4pm. The shop could use a bit of tidying up. A nice sweeping. And a touch of modernism. And that smell of formaldehyde will hit you like a ton of bricks in less than 5. Whew! I don't know how the workers handle it. Customer Service could be better. The guy who did my nails was quite demanding. Do this, do that. Just not pleasant. As far as the finished product? It was good. But when I got home, I noticed he didn't cover the entire nail on the second coat; on multiple fingers so I could've save the 18 bucks.
